Louis: Can you find Hera and the Penguin?

Selina looked at Louis with a complicated expression but still she nodded.

Louis seeing Selina's expression said.

Louis: Don't worry about the money, I still have it.

And he turned around without waiting for Selina to say a word, he imagined teleporting to another place.

Selina looked at the place where Louis was, he had already teleported, disappearing from her sight, as a complicated expression she spoke to herself.

In one of the ballads Louis was drinking thinking about what he was going to do now.

Walking out of the club, there were two large men on the corner intimidating a woman, the woman who was looking for help with her terrified face.

Louis looking at the face of the woman who was terrified, thought of a person who likes to use fear gas, and let out his evil laugh.

Scaring the two guys that he was intimidating the woman, and that taking this opportunity to escape.

The two seeing the woman run away, got angry and went towards Louis.

Louis did not give them time to speak a word, immediately blowing their heads and then teleporting to another place.

Louis, using his imagination to find the scarecrow, transported himself to the room where the scarecrow was.

In the room where Scarecrow was sitting thinking about something, he noticed an anomaly, looking at the corner of the room he saw a person in a Purple suit sitting in a red armchair, a glass in his hand full of champagne.

Getting up quickly, he put himself in a fighting position and asked.

Scarecrow: How did you get in here ??

Louis smiled, but soon his face went cold and he spoke threateningly.

Louis: I don't want to waste time talking to you.

Before the Scarecrow could respond, Louis spoke with the intention of killing.

Louis: You will be my subordinate, oh, and I will get you out of here, or if you want, you can stay here and die rotting in that rot.

The Scarecrow looking at Louis said:

Scarecrow: What do you have to offer me?

looking at the scarecrow he replied.

Louis: People for you to do your experiment, and even a neighborhood just for you, but of course only when I build my base.

The Scarecrow was thoughtful after a while he replied.

Louis nodded to the scarecrow and walked to the tracks, grabbing a piece of iron and hitting the tracks to get the attention of the people who live there.

More than 500 people came out of the houses and looked at the two in fear.

Louis, seeing the Scarecrow get excited to cause fear in people, took a step forward and introduced himself:

Hello everyone, my name Louis Lamfield, I didn't come to do you any harm, but to offer you a chance.

One of the people found the courage to ask.

Louis replied with a smile.

Louis: Clean water, electricity, food for homes and protection, and of course, take these rails off too.

Louis smiled widely and opened his arms and spoke.

Louis: Like that.

That said, a four-story condominium appeared with solar panels on top to transmit electrical energy.

Louis gave a satisfied smile at his reaction and turned his attention to his new skill that he gained that he forgot to see.
