" Hey Raven , so any luck out there ? "

" Hehe.. Old man Dray , I managed to awaken but it's only Rank 1 Human .. "

" Tch.. Well , at least you will be able to leave this shit hole tomorrow! Dont forget about this old man though .. "

" Dont Worry , how can I forget such kind people who raised me for 15 years ? My talent is lacking but I will work hard and send money back ! "

" Brat ! You have grown up already .. You old bastards , our Raven can become a cultivator in future now !! "

Suddenly the whole small and dirty street was filled with thousands of poor people . There were children , young and old people but all were happy for Raven which made him smile and remember the past .

Actually the Raven they knew was already dead a year ago during the beast tide . His body was now possessed by Raven from modern earth . He had died in an accident but magically opened his eyes in a completely new world and completely new body . Naturally he panicked at first but calmed down a little after the surge of memories belonging to old Raven . In the end Raven was saved by these poor but lively people who saved him from loneliness .

Raven heard that this world actually had cultivators so naturally he became excited . He had no choice to suppress his ambitions personality back on earth as there background was most important and he had little of it . Here though he just has to become strong and everyone will bow down to him . Naturally his blood boiled at these thoughts . Raven had decided to become stronger by hook or crook so he was not disappointed by his low level Martial Spirit. Instead he was grateful because he could at least have a better start and on top of it his Martial Spirit was a unique one too . Raven of course wanted to quickly try his new power but he could not bear to ruin the festive mood of these poor bastards . For them such happiness was rare and tomorrow they will again return to their usual lifestyle where they will struggle for work and money . Not all the people in slums were nice to Raven but those who were , Raven decided to take them out of the slums .

Finally at night , almost all the people were drunk with cheapest wine or had fallen asleep so Raven went inside his shabby room . The room was too small as it could only contain a small bed and some space which was enough for Raven to sit on the ground .

" Hello little friend ! " Raven was sitting cross legged on his small hard bed but at his shoulder , a thin black snake like thing was resting . This little thing was his Martial Spirit and compared to other ones like Apes or Tigers , it really looked weak .

When the Martial Spirit is awakened, information about its abilities would automatically be transmitted inside the mind of the cultivators. Raven naturally recieved it too thus he was sure that his spirit had unique ability. Raven was confused though as it was nothing like other unique ones he had heard about like power to manipulate space etc . So Raven decided to try it himself.

" Posess !"

Raven suddenly said loudly in his mind and the little snake vanished . It did not actually vanish as the snake turned into smoke and started enveloping Raven's body . Soon , Raven was enveloped with a grey coat of light which suddenly was automatically absorbed inside his body . Raven was confused as he did not feel anything different from normal but something clicked in his mind .

" Mirror World ! "

Just as Raven shouted in his mind , Raven saw the surroundings around him becoming liquid and the next thing he knew that he was inside a completely different world after crossing some sort of barrier .

He was left stunned and could not even blink . He was still sitting but not on his bed anymore as under him was only grey sand . In fact Raven could only see unending land made up with grey sand extending all the way. The sky was pitch black and the world had no other colors except grey and black .Only his body and clothes retained the same colour as before . This was not the most magical thing though .

Instead , Raven could see the real world ahead of him . There was his own room ahead of him where he was sitting before . It felt like some kind of barrier was separating Raven from the real world . He could instinctively feel something so Raven lifted his hand and thrusted it forward . Then another baffling thing happened.

Raven only felt that his hand had passed through some kind of membrane which did not obstruct him . The hand was now back in the real world but Raven knew that he was still inside the new world . Raven could perfectly control his hand like normal though. Endless possibilities started running inside Raven's mind but suddenly retracted his hand back as Raven saw Stella entering inside his room . Raven could actually see the entire real world from here live till the limits of his eyesight . He felt like watching live footage of CCTV camera but the view was no different from reality!
