Chapter 44 :Feelings

THIRD POV～

  Soon the little fight is over as they kill all the creatures curtesy to Ruby's anger and she turns to look at Alexander whose wound has already healed.

  She turns around looking for Zach and Althea only to see Althea chasing Zach who accidentally used his claws to cur little of her hair.

 Ruby smiles and starts walking towards Zach but a sudden high pitched voice makes them look at Judith who runs towards them or more specifically runs towards Alex embracing him.

 ''Alexander''She calls out and places her lips on his which instantly freezes Ruby whose heart suddenly starts beating fast.

 She stares at the scene without removing her eyes away from them and she starts feeling things she hasn't felt in a long time.

 It was like the mate bond that seemed to have vanished just returned and attacked her full force.

 Her chest feels full the clenching almost making her crounch.

 But she just looks and Alexander pushes Judith away but that those nothing to stop the ache.

 She turns just as Alexander wipes his lips before glaring at Judith who cowers.

 A tear slides down her cheeks but she quickly wipes it off and puts a smile on her face and walks towards Vladimir.

 ''Are you ok''Vladimir ask his brows crease and his voice barely containing the anger ruby can guees he is feeling towards this whole situation.

 Not wanting to disturb him she nods her head and he nods too before placing his hands on her shoulders and leads her towards the cars which are now parked for them.

 ''What do you think those things were''Zach who is sitting in the back seat asks to which Althea shrugs.

 ''They looked like demons,Werewolves and had traits of Vampire in them''Ruby says to which Vladimir tightly grips the steering.

 Anger floods him because his kingdom just got attacked by those annoyingly strong creatures.

 ''They had strength enough to kill three werewolves''Zach says and remembers when one easily raised him off the ground.

 ''True and worst is they seemed to be controlled by something''Althea finishes and Ruby places her hand on her head her eyes covered. 

 ''Are you ok''Vladimir ask seeing as she bece silent and she turns to look at him her green eyes dark and almost turning black with a hint of red in them.

 ''I am,I should be asking you that Vlad''Ruby tells Vladimir.

 ''We'll talk about this later''Vladimir finishes and they nod their head in agreement and Ruby settles her head back on the chair of the car.

That kiss that happened between Alexander and judith keeps flashing in her head and she has the urge to burn something down or destroy something which she is trying to control.

 The car stops in front of Vladimirs mansion and all the vampire guards bow at the sight of their king at the same time Alexander descends from the other car Judith coming out next but with her head down.

 Walking pass them quickly they pick the scent of blood from her but they just ignore her.

 Ruby is about to walk further when she feels Alexander's presence close to her.

 Before she can react he stretches out his hand and suddenly places his lips on hers.
