Chapter 20:Heartbroken Alpha

Ruby's pov～～～

Shit no how can this happen my plan was just going into motion and I was feeling happy.

 Alex stands before me eyes darkened in what I can only say is rage but I catch a flicker of pain in his beautiful blue eyes as it looked between me and Liam and I notice our position is wrong with my hands over Liam's neck and his hands around my waist.

 Quickly I scramble out of Liam's hold half angry at the spoilt plan and half worried of what happens next,Alexander's look of heartbreak breaks the heart I did not even know I own.

 "I-I Lexi it's not wh-at you think"I whisper stuttering a bit to form words trying to ressure him that all this meant nothing and it was part of the plan to catch liam.

 "No"Alex growls out hands holding his head while black veins start showing around his forehead and arms trailing up as his breathing pattern seems irregular and I turn back to look at Liam who I notice runs away.

 I hear bones start cracking and I widen my eyes when I realise Alex is trying not to shift as his wolf is trying to take control.

 "Alex please"I call out trying to touch him but he just moves back while low growls escape him and his nose flare.

 soon his claws start coming out and he starts clawing at his skin blood starrts coming out.

 "Alex stop,ple-ase,please Alex"I whisper my voice worried trying to touch him suddenly he starts running and before I could deside weather or not to follow him he dispears a threatning earth shaking growl escapes his lips and the ground shekes slightly from the force and even the trees shake a little.

 'No,No,No I have to fix this'

Sebastian's pov

 An earth shaking growl escapes my lips and I run towards the forest in a flash trying to control Raf from taking over.

 I don't even know what to feel right now anger ran through me in waves while the sad part of me tried to come forward trap me and put me in its cage.

 Breathing hard I lean against a huge tree in the forest as different thoughts ran through me.

 Why would my mate do that I-I thought we were giving ourselves a chance to love each other.

 And to be honest I already loved her.the darkness and silence around me calmed me down a little as I was able to think more in this environment.

 The trees shoke slowly with the evening breeze and the whole atmosphere was cool.

 The clouds covering the sky were starting to turn grey and looking at them my mood dampened more than it was before it felt as if the clouds were mocking me portraying how I feel.

 'tik'

 My ears immediately twitch at the twig that snapped the place was so silent you could hear someone breathing.

 listening carefully I hear careful footsteps coming towards my direction and I raise my nose in the air trying to sniff out the scent of the intruider.

 'A Rogue' I thought and stand up immediately the smell of dirt and blood hit me smacking across my face hard and I crinkle my nose at the awful smell.

 Walking from behing the tree I feel my muscles twitch and my anger raised by a notch I needed a realise and this rogue just brought itself to death.

 Suddenly a brown coloured dirty wolf comes out of the dark its eyes showing just how mad the rogue is.

 Growling it barrs its yellow teeth at me trying to scar me but I smirk and stand starring at the rogue it seemed to be angered and dashed towards me.

 Looking closely at the wolf I notice it seemed crazy and soon he starts attacking me I defend myself wanting to play with my prey but a little distraction from my end and the rogue slashes my chest.

 Growling I feel the earth shake a little before I hold its head between my hands grinning widely I severe the head from the body and throw it.

 'Alpha there has been a vampire attack in one of the wolf packs' My beta mind links me and I frown.

 We have a peace treaty and vampires and wolves are suppose to mind their business.

 'Send for vladimr' I mind link him,knowing the vampire king will be here to explain what happened I am not in the mood to deal with anything.

 'ok Alpha' Nic's voice is serious and though he is mostly goofy and playful he knew when to joke and when to be playful.

 I walk towards my house hoping I don't have to face my mate now,I know how weak I would be to forgive her and that was what I hated about mates that is also the reason why I did not want a mate till I met her.

 Entering the house I am engulfed by her scent all around and I can not help but raise my head up to intake more of her scent my nose flaring at my actions aighing I walk upstairs on the wooden stairs.
