Chapter 5: Tortured

The President of the Assembly of the Packs clenched his fists till they crackled "because I have not let you go, no one lives except I permit so, and you are not an exception" he said coldly.

Melissa snorted coldly "it's high time we change such an archaic law, I will leave right now, and anyone who wishes to stop me can try"

The President of the Assembly of Packs watched with gritted teeth as she approached the exit of the Assembly hall, "stop her!" he roared in anger, the vein on his forehead bulged.

A silhouette dashed towards Melissa leaving an afterimage as he sped towards her.

Melissa's eyes turned red, she stretched her arm swiftly and caught the silhouette by the throat, grabbed his arm and swung him above her shoulder, his back slammed on the floor, she drove a kick at his waistline and he bounced off the floor and landed heavily some metres away.

Everyone in the hall gasped, they were not expecting Melissa to be that strong and also brutal, she exited the hall leaving their mouths hanging.

When Melissa got home, she was told about the wailings of Romeo, she glanced at the servant and instructed "bring him to my room."

Romeo who was bound in chains was dragged into her room, she was surprised to see that he had fully recovered, and the corners of her lips twitched "what are you?" she asked him directly, she have secretly made arrangements for an ointment to treat his wounds.

Romeo who was hungry and tired fell directly on the floor, and collapsed, Melissa, frowned.

She pressed a button at her bedside, and three hefty men entered her room, picked up Romeo, and dragged him away, some minutes later, David entered her room.

"You sent for me, Alpha Melissa," he said and bowed his head towards her direction, Melissa nodded, "I did."

she narrowed her eyes at him "why did you torture him?" she asked and stood on her feet.

David locked gaze with her "Melissa, this isn't your promise to me, you promise after you avenge your parents, we will marry but you married that bastard of the Dante family, the member of the family that ended your parent's lives" he said in a deep voice.

"When did I promise you marriage, David, I am not aware of that?" Melissa reposted, and David clenched his fists, Melissa didn't promise him marriage, but she promised to always be by his side till eternity.

He opened and closed his mouth, and no word came out of it, Melissa approached him slowly, "I didn't, I only remembered promising to be by your side till eternity, you have been of help to me, David, so I will always reward you, get down on your knees now!"

David's entire body trembled happily like he was controlled, he got down on all fours "good boy..." Melissa smacked his face tenderly "crawl to the bed" she instructed.

He did as he was told, and lay on the bed, Melissa went to her wardrobe, and brought out all her BDSM equipment.

Romeo was brought to Angela, she is the Pack healer, "what happened to him?" she asked with a frown, Romeo was thrown on the floor roughly. although he have fainted, the chains he was tied with weren't removed from his body.

"he was brutally tortured by David, Alpha Melissa asked us to bring him to you, so you could use the gift of your healing on him," one of the servants told her, Angela nodded.

"Bring him to the bed and then leave us" she instructed, they dragged him to bed, and exited the room, after shutting the door.

Angela looked at Romeo and a light flickered in her eyes "what a handsome man, no wonder Melissa fell in love with him, it is a pity, you have chosen to marry a heartless lady" she lamented and shook her head.

She placed her palms on the two sides of his face, and shut her eyes, she started muttering incoherent words, and her palms glowed with red light.

suddenly her eyes widened in shock, and she gasped and tumbled backwards in fear.

She looked at Romeo who opened his eyes slowly "who are you?" she asked in fear.

"food" Romeo mumbled, Angela left quickly to order a servant to bring him food, she watched quietly as Romeo devoured all the food, after the used plates were cleared, he turned to Angela.

"thank you, so much," he said with a grateful smile.

Angela's lips curled upward "you owe me, you would have died, how did you intend in paying me after saving your life?" she asked directly.

Romeo lowered his head and replied, "whatever you want, I promise to fulfil it after I gain my freedom from here".

Angela smiled "there is no need for that, what I want from you is very simple"

Angela started approaching Romeo seductively, making Romeo blush and feel uncomfortable "and what do you think you are about to do, Angela?" a harsh voice sounded in her head.

Angela rolled her eyes "bring him to my room"

Angela folded her arms and looked at Romeo "your wife wants to see you, you may leave"

Romeo was confused, everything that happened was sullen to him, he stood and left the room, opening the door, and he saw Melissa glaring at him.

"do you plan to fuck the healer of my pack behind my back?" she yelled angrily.

"what do you mean?" Romeo reposted in confusion, Melissa's face darkened, and she grabbed his arm roughly "is it sex you want, right?" she asked coldly.

Romeo grimaced, Melissa's claws were digging into his flesh and excruciating pain was making his head buzz "you are hurting me, stop!" he said in a hoarse voice.

The two of them disappeared from the doorways, and appeared in a private room, filled with BDSM equipment.

Four hefty men were standing at the corner "tie him up and fuck his ass mercilessly" Melissa ordered, Romeo's eyes widened in shock, "yes, Alpha Melissa" the men replied happily, the men were moved by Romeo's handsomeness.
