"Bernard, I asked you a question." I say, looking into his eyes.

"What was it? Sorry, I am so tired. I zoned out for a second." Bernard says.

"I see. I asked you what color your wolf was." I say, frowning slightly, and wanting to see if he would want to avoid the question the second time.

"It's…it's black." He says, and quickly, he asks me when I intend to go back to my room.

"Not anytime soon." I tell him. "I still have a lot to read here."

"I see."

"What are you doing here? Is Gray okay?" I ask him.

"So, it has gotten to the point where you don't even call him by his title, huh?" Bernard asks, clearly jealous.

"I don't understand why you are acting this way, Bernard. You cannot take away the fact that I am Gray's wife, and that I belong to him." I explain.
