Chapter 15: What Is Your Plan?

Liam suddenly opened his eyes and felt the bed. His daughter had wet the mattress as he expected.

Liam sat up and put Ella on the side. Then, he found out that there were no child's clothes in the room, so he had to take off her wet trousers and saw that her pajama jacket was also wet. He had to take off all her clothes, and then he picked up a bath towel to wrap Ella who was sleeping soundly, and was ready to knock on Emma's door.

Emma didn't fall asleep, either. She thought a lot about the past and the future. It was after two o'clock in the morning, yet she couldn't fall asleep, and she was leaning to one side.

Suddenly, a light knock sounded on the door.

Emma thought she was hallucinating.

She wondered if her daughter was coming back to sleep with her.
