Gaias message and Why is that here!

As I was pondering on where to go, an angelic voice boomed in my head, causing me to go into a daze. it felt tender, compassionate but authoritarian at the same time, divine in a sense.

"My child, there are some natural laws to follow in Pangaea!

1.) Nature knows best.

2.) All forms of life are important.

3.) Everything is connected to everything else.

4.) Everything changes.

5.) Everything must go somewhere.

6.) Ours is finite earth.

7.) Divine punishment is the consequence of breaking Gaia's laws!"

As the melodic voice of Gaia, I'm assuming faded away, my back began to heat up and a pleasant rush of natural energy traced along the Yggdrasil mark.

I basically knew what these laws meant.

The first was pretty much that nature supplies us with all we need to stay healthy and well, be it with herbal medicine or just-food.

The second was basically self-preservation, don't kill pregnant beings or children, don't cause a species to go extinct other beings might live off of them be it plants or creatures.

The third was the cycle of life, like how a cow eats grass, it's excrement fertilizes the soil and grows better grass, they have children, we eat them, the cycle continues.

The fourth was self-explanatory, transformation, be it natural or spiritual, going from watching stuff happening to take action to create an outcome of our choice.

The fifth is basically everything goes back to once it came, the earth, we take from it but return to it.

The sixth is that we shouldn't waste resources, nothing has an infinite amount, but if we don't waste resources we can prolong the supply of that resource, recycle and reuse pretty much.

In modern-day earth I remember most coal mining had slowed down because of the amount humanity had used throughout the years, theirs only a few hundred years worth left. Humanity destroyed forests the very things that breathe life to us, polluted water sources that kept us alive. We created a plastic that takes hundreds or even thousands of years to break down which are damaging wildlife we eat mainly fish.

Thinking about this now I have an attunement with nature, I feel guilty for what humanity has done to Gaia's green earth. I knew Gaia would prevent this in Pangaea but I would try to help someway.

I started to view the world differently, I never thought about most of that before, what happens when a species of insect goes extinct, is there a species of bird that lives solely off of that insect would lead to co-extinction pollination of plants would decrease, some larvae purify water, some insects spread seeds dispersing plantlife, some break down dung and bury carcasses preventing the spread of disease. Everything was connected just like Gaia had said.

After a while I shook my head and got rid of the whirlwind of thoughts, I decided to forget about that for now and begin exploring the forests around me.

Transforming into my giant wolf state I began to roam around, passing trees that stood a 1000 meters tall, plants I knew but hadn't seen in the regular dimension, like moons eye it was a flower with dark blue almost black petals and bright fluorescent white stamens, bunched together that looked like the iris of an eye on the round opening of the petals.

As I was travelling around It felt like something was stalking me, being watched from the shadows made hackles raise. I began to slow down and keep my eyes peeled for any attacks. That's when I caught a glimpse of what it was. A large azure scaled, a horned, fanged wolf with a huge tail, covered in spikes running down the back of its neck and shoulders, white fur, and 3 huge claws on its paws. It was about as tall as me in my 15-foot tall wolf form, it was longer though, if I was in my Lycan state I might just reach its shoulders, a zinogre! It is also known as the "Thunder Wolf Wyvern". I might be the king of wolves but this was a wingless dragon in my eyes, not a wolf!

'what the heck is that doing here?! I didn't ask for a monster hunter to be part of my world! That's a damn Drake! (Land dragon) It's scaled and has horns!!' as I stared at this scaled beast, it stared back. I could see an electric blue light flash between its scales as it growled at me.

Second law self-preservation, do or die I wasn't going to become food for this fanged wyvern. A deep snarl came from my mouth with my hackles up, I crouched low ready to dive into battle at any moment as we began to circle around each other, perhaps fighting this thing as my first battle in Pangaea was symbolic the thunder wolf wyvern vs the wolf king.

It approached slowly and I decided to pounce, lunging towards it I manoeuvred past its horned head and chin towards its back leg, attempting to plunge my claws into its stomach on the way past but things didn't go as planned I didn't account for the weight of its tail as it slapped me off balance as I rolled away springing to my feet. I decided if it was that heavy I should use my speed to my advantage and begun running around it in irregular patterns.

On my second attempt I managed to leave a deep wound in its side as blood covered my claws, my magic began to move from my core and cycled it around my body unconsciously, it converged and condensed in my claws and as I swept towards the brute, a pronounced blood-red glow of 'kljúfa' shot out and clipped off a horn on its head.

We'd begun to tangle as it slammed the floor with force blowing up dirt and rubble around us when my vision got obstructed it managed to rip my left arm from my shoulder. As I backed off the arm had already begun to regrow, it burned and felt uncomfortable and in the middle of fighting wasn't the best time to be uncomfortable.

I reverted to my Lycan state because I was off-balance with 4 legs, in this state the regrowth had actually accelerated, while I was circling the behemoth I watched it swallow my arm whole.

"Grrr! I'll get that back from your corpse!" I growled in frustration. In a flash of speed I reached it's face and plunged a claw into its left eye, ripping it away from its head. My arm was covered in blood that smelt burnt and nasty, I began to use its left blindside as cover. My arm had nearly grown back but the brute had gotten angry lashing out at everything around his so I had to back up, avoiding the tail.

I wasn't getting hit by that thing twice, charging my magic into my good arm I cast a 'kljúfa' towards the connecting point of its tail, the blood-red glow flew through the air and hit the mark. Blood oozed from a slash as the tail went sluggish, I must have hit a major nerve or something cause it let out a pained roar and charged at me, I a brief burst of speed it reached me, but I dived under its body clawing at it on my way past.

Covered in blood I rolled as to recover my footing quickly, turning around I jumped on its back and repeatedly slashed and slammed my claws into its back, along its hips, and around its waist. Due to the blood loss, the zinogre began to slow and eventually fell ironically as my fingers had just finished regrowing and I regained feeling in my arm.

I've changed his max wolf height to 15 feet (4.5 metres) cause I wanted to lol

the natural laws are open to interpretation of anyone who enters Pangaea (readers included), they'll all receive the message but it's up to them how they perceive it.

I basically wanted a law of the jungle type thing, they'll be monsters from all sorts of games and films whatever takes my fancy really.

hope you enjoy
