[Heil/ Hail/ Hellish Rain]

Heil is a former flood dragon, a creature that belongs to the depths of the sea that causes floods, typhoons, and tsunamis to nearby civilizations it said that the God of the Sea fight him to gain more faith from the people and he banished Heil to the Inferno, or so what the book said

But in Actuality Heil didn't create calamities, he quoted 'its a waste of time' so Heil got banished from the Divine Realm and stayed in Inferno where other creatures will not disturb his lazy attitude

Because of his situation of staying in a frigid place, he got a mutation of Ice and Fire and because the two opposing elements mix with his very being he emits frightening pressure on his surroundings

Abilities:

Perfect Manipulation of Ice

He can use Ice to create whatever he wants without any cost

Manipulation of Fire

Because the essence of Hell seeps through He can use Fire freely With little to no cost at all

Free of Desires

He can convert Desires into energy

Shapeshift

Due to his needs for entertainment, he can freely change his body to human and dragon

Dragons breath

Even in human form, He can still shoot flame and Ice on his mouth

Neuron Activate

the energy he collects is used to multiply his body stats to 10%-1000%

Gluttony

He can eat anything ranging from rocks to Corrosive substances but the taste is necessary for him

In an unknown alleyway that has a pile of trash bags

Heil opens the box and sees a card and an ID on it, a short sword, and a sheath that can latch on her legs, a small slinging pouch and a three red and three blue small vial

Heil then sheaths the sword and strapping the sheath on her leg, arranged the vial in the pouch and tuck the cards on it

the box dissapears into thin air

She gains a tail that is similar to a devil but it's on the thicker side, it has 3 sharp ends and she can use it as an extra limb, her Horns grew larger and the tip of the Horns is emitting heat and extreme coldness

Dragon

A giant dragon that looks like a western dragon, it has several Icy and fiery spikes on its body its head has two large Horns that glows in deep shade
