Chapter 7 ( first attempt fail)

"One attack, that is all it took, he really is a weakling." Kai thought as he looked at the down giant crying over his destroyed axes.

" Is entering through here a good idea, Yoru?"

" It isn't."

" I can sense a strong person is behind that door. Once it's open, none of them will be that person's opponent."

" It's fine, we'll step in if things go too far, but most of our job is only to help them enter and leave they want to save their friend so let them do the fighting until it's too much."

"...."

Kai continued looking on as the giant slowly got to his feet he seemed to become friends with Ichigo, who he was just fighting as he went on to walk towards the door.

He grabbed the bottom, and true to his size, he lifted it open easily, but as he did, he stood paralyzed in the doorway.

" Hey, why don't you go in?" Ichigo asked as he looked in and spotted a white-haired man standing there wearing the standard shinigami uniform with the addition of a white haori.

" What's a gatekeeper doing opening the door to let intruders in?" the man asked with a smile that wasn't really a smile on his face.

" I lost. The gatekeeper opens the door when he loses. That's the rule." the giant said as his body trembled it was clear the man in front of him made him afraid.

" What rule?" he asked as his hand moved, pulling his sword and swinging it towards the giant, and before Ichigo and his friends could react.

BOOM!!!

SPLAT!!!!

The giant's left arm was cut clean off as blood splattered out in large amounts.

With the loss of a hand and blood, the gate slipped and dropped a little, but the giant was able to hold it up with one hand as sweat gathered on his forehead.

" Oh, you can still hold the gate with one hand?" the white-haired man asked as he started moving to make another strike.

BAM!!!

He was stopped as Ichigo attacked, stopping his sword with his own.

" Ichigo!!"

"Kurosaki- san!" His friends shouted.

" Hey, who is this guy?"

" I am going to rip you apart." says Ichigo.

" He's the captain of the third team Ichimaru Gin." the giant answered.

" You are interesting, aren't you afraid of me?" Gin asked.

" Hell no!!" Ichigo shouted in response.

' Orange hair and a sword as long as his height,' Gin thinks to himself.

" Oh, you're Kurosaki Ichigo?" Gin asked.

" You know me?"

" Now I really can't let you enter." he said as he started distancing himself from Ichigo and pointed his sword towards him.

Seeing this Ichigo couldn't understand what he was doing.

" What are you going to throw that small sword at me from over there?" he asked.

In response, Gin just smiled even more.

" Shoot him, Shinsou!"

It seemed instant the sword extended at a speed too fast to capture and hit Ichigo's sword, knocking him into the giant, and pushing both of them out.

BOOM!!!

Now, with nothing supporting it, the door began to fall as Gin waved goodbye to them.

BOOM!!!

The slammed shut.

As it did, Kai and Yoru came over to the group, and soon after, people started exiting the houses around.

" Were they hiding?" Ishida asked.

" You can't really blame them as they are also considered Intruders, as is anyone who comes here without the guidance of a shinigami." says Yoru.

" They aren't dangerous, are they?"

" Probably not."

Soon, the people were helping the group pull the giant's arm back to his body, as Orihime used her powers to heal him, restoring his arm.

' Her powers aren't that simple,I just can't figure out what it is.' Kai thinks as he watches on.

" Well, that plan failed, so what's the next one?" Kai asked.

" Mhm, well, I have to enter another way. None of the gates are no longer an option."

" I'm guessing this other way isn't conventional?"

" You will see."

" But before that, I'm going to need you to do something for me going forward." Yoru says as she turns and looks at Kai seriously.

" You don't have to say it, I'll do it even though I don't see why, I see you don't want these kids to die, so I'll protect them if needed." says Kai.

"Mhm, thanks."

" There is no need for that. Once you're happy."

As Kai finished speaking, a familiar screen appeared in front of him.
