When Kris is calling Yui-chan to be here and see that her brother is going to be hard to stay alive and out of a sudden, Kris answers her call from Yui-chan and she picks up his call and says is.

Kris: you need to go to the hospital now and bring Kobayashi with you

Out of a sudden, inside his wardroom, he went up and walk outside the room and he saw Yui-chan and Kris are looking at him and he can feel like his stomach is painful as hell but he can't see Kobayashi anywhere at the hospital.

When Takemoto see that her brother is walking away from her and just left the hospital building and he arrives at the Sakura dorm and later the 2nd gen look at Takeru face and he is touching his bloody wound and he walked upstairs to her room while Takeru vision is going to faint but once he is there at her front door he suddenly, he knocking at her door and she can hear that someone is knocking at her door went she want to open the door out of nowhere, she got a text from Takemoto and she is saying that something shocked her more than she hurt her feeling.

Kobayashi: Takemoto hello are you there?

Takemoto: yes I'm here

Kobayashi: where is your brother?

Takemoto: he is not at the hospital

Kobayashi: but where is he going?

Takemoto: now he is at the Sakura dorm

While Kobayashi ended their call and suddenly, Takeru step backwards and he can hear the for is opened and went the door is open she can see him is in front of her room door and Takeru can feel that she was about to cry to see me just like that and Takeru just hug her without saying to her and she looks surprised on him.

Takemoto: Oniichan are you okay?

Risa: what happened? How did he get here?

Kobayashi: Senpai...are you feeling okay?

Takemoto rushes toward her and just hug her brother and cries on his shoulder and he wipes her tears and he got to whisper in her ear and say a sad thing to her right before he leaves this world and go to heaven and if he does go to the heaven and what will happen to them and without her brother and she can't sleep or eat without her brother help.

Takeru: Yui-chan I love you, my sweet sister and please take care of Kobayashi for me can you do that

Takemoto: Oniichan...don't say that I don't want to hear it

Later Takeru whisper to Yui-chan and he went up but he can't balance himself and Risa with Matsuda helped him carry both of his shoulders and he say thank you to Risa and Matsuda for helping him.

Takeru: Kobayashi I want to say something before I go back to the hospital

Before he seat on the living room sofa and Risa help him to seat down and he holds her hand and later just smile on her face and Kobayashi just wants to kiss him so badly but he needs to recover first.
