Final round of the competition part 1

As the second round came to an end, the king congratulated the 20 participants who had passed and announced that the next round would be the following day. Alexander felt a mix of excitement and anxiety as he prepared for the next challenge. He knew that the competition would only get tougher from here on out and that he would need to give it his all if he wanted to win.

As he made his way back to his lodging, Alexander reflected on the events of the day. He was proud of himself for having the courage to stand up to Leo and for coming up with a clever solution to defeat him. He felt a newfound sense of confidence and determination and was more determined than ever to win the competition.

That night, Alexander spent hours reviewing the information he had gathered and practicing his techniques. He knew that he needed to be at his best if he wanted to succeed in the next round.

The next morning, Alexander woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the challenge ahead. He was determined to give it his all and to do everything he could to come out on top. As he made his way to the competition arena, he felt a sense of nervous excitement building within him.

As he arrived at the arena, Alexander could feel the tension and anticipation in the air. The other participants were just as eager as he was to prove their worth and claim the ultimate prize. The competition was fierce and intense.

The tension was high as the king declared the rules for the third and final round of the competition: one vs one battles. Many of the competitors were sad, having grown used to fighting alongside their team members, but they soon eliminated those feelings and became determined to win. Today, every competitor needed to fight, and only five would remain for the final round. Tomorrow, only three of them would receive the grand prize. Alexander's turn came, and he found himself pitted against a magician. As soon as the match began, the magician surprised Alexander by not immediately starting to fight. Instead, he asked Alexander a thought-provoking question.

The magician cleared his throat and spoke, "I couldn't help but notice that you have been using some kind of freezing bombs to your advantage. May I ask how you were able to freeze things without using magic?"

Alexander was surprised by the question but he maintained his calm demeanor. "Ah, yes. Those were just some simple gadgets that I brought with me," he replied nonchalantly.

The magician was intrigued. "Gadgets, you say? I haven't heard of any such devices that can mimic the effects of magic."

Alexander smirked, "Well, that's because they're not magic. Some people have already noticed that what I used in this competition isn't some kind of magic."

The magician raised an eyebrow, "Is that so? Then what is it?"

Alexander shrugged, "I'm not sure if I should reveal my secrets just yet. How about this, if you win this match, I'll tell you everything you want to know."

The magician seemed to be more curious now, "Very well. I'll take you up on that offer. But don't think that you'll win so easily."

Alexander asked the AI for its opinion on the magician. The AI responded with a sly grin, [Well, let's just say he's not just any ordinary magician. You might be in for a surprise if you're not careful.]

Alexander raised an eyebrow, "What do you mean?"

The AI chuckled, [Let's just say he has a few tricks up his sleeve. And I'm not talking about just rabbits and hats.]

Alexander felt a knot form in his stomach. "Do you have any advice for me then?"

The AI answered, [┐(￣∀￣)┌(sigh) Don't let your guard down. And whatever you do, don't let him get too close to you. His magic is strongest at close range.]

Alexander nodded, "Thanks for the warning."

The AI couldn't resist teasing him, [But hey, you've got your fancy freezing bombs and electric gun, right? What could possibly go wrong?]

Alexander rolled his eyes, "I'm not taking any chances. I want to win this competition."

The AI shrugged, [(´▽`)(laughing) Suit yourself. Just don't come crying to me if you end up with a magical rabbit in your hat.]

Alexander couldn't help but smile at the AI's humor, "I'll try not to."

As he stepped into the arena to face the magician, Alexander knew he had to be on his toes. He couldn't let his guard down, not even for a second. He readied his weapons, took a deep breath, and prepared for battle.

And with that, the match began. The magician was skilled in the art of magic and was able to conjure spells and cast illusions. But Alexander was quick on his feet and was able to dodge most of them. In the end, Alexander emerged victorious, and the magician was left gasping for breath.

As they shook hands after the match, the magician couldn't help but ask again, "So, about those gadgets, can you tell me more about them now?"

Alexander chuckled, "Sorry, not yet. But you put up a good fight, so I'll give you a hint. It's a simple chemical reaction that causes the freezing effect."

The magician looked baffled, "Chemical reaction? That's impossible, I've never heard of such a thing."

Alexander just smiled enigmatically and walked away, leaving the magician scratching his head in wonder.

After some time, Alexander exclaimed, "What on earth is going on here?"
