Chapter 6

As the sunshine reaches their ship Nimfa gets up from her bed and gets into her uniform. As she walks out to the main deck she saw some of her crew on patrol. Nimfa walks into her office and gets one of her books about magic. It's been three days since they leave Daxthar's castle to go to Pili.

While reading her book a guard suddenly knocks on her door. "Captain, Lord Aros is looking for you." Nimfa immediately stands up from her chair and wears her helmet. As she walks to the main deck she saw Aros standing there while looking at the horizon. "You wish to see me, my Lord." Nimfa said as she walks towards him and bowed.

Aros glanced at her and walked past her. "Any plans on how to take down Enchantia Captain?" He asked. Nimfa stands straight and faced him. "Enchantia is protected with a force shield made with very powerful spells. Many have tried to destroy it but they failed, even you." Aros faced Nimfa as he heard the last sentence. "Each nation has its abilities. The Birdopians can manipulate air. The Sea Empire with its ability to breathe underwater and to manipulate it. The Earth Jungle with the ability to manipulate earth and plants. And the Fire Kingdom with its ability to manipulate fire." Nimfa explained. "The people of Earthnia may be the ones to first settle in Earthnia but the mages are the ones to discover their abilities first. The older it is the stronger it gets. Individually, each nation can't take down the barrier, given that it's made with ancient and modern spells. But striking it down together the shield will fall into pieces." Said Nimfa as she handed a piece of paper to Aros.

Aros confusingly reached for the paper and read it. "Those are names of the most rebellious people of each nation. Calls themselves The Dark League, a group of an anti mage. Formed after Merlin's grandson discovered dark magic. They've been an active rebellion group ever since. But they were taken down by Floyd. The former Captain of the sun warriors." Nimfa explained as she looks at the horizon.

Aros looked at the photo and examined the names written on it. "So are you suggesting that we should fetch them?" Asked Aros. Nimfa looked at him with a confident look. "Of course Lord Aros, they wouldn't swim themselves to Pili without prizes now do they?" Said Nimfa before she walks away from Aros to get back in her office.

As the night falls, many of the crew are already in their bed except for the patrol group. As Nimfa goes into her bed she stares at the ceiling as she lies down. Thinking of plans and scenarios in taking Enchantia once and for all. As she stares at the ceiling her eyes suddenly felt heavy until she slowly falls asleep.

In the highly secured prison inside the volcano in the Fire Kingdom is where they held their most dangerous prisoner. A group of Fire Kingdom soldiers is walking through the iron bridge that leads to the huge cage hanging in the air in the middle of the lava. As they reached the cage a guard holding a tray with a bowl of rice and roasted pork stepped forward as the others opened the window of the cage. "Lunchtime Klea." One of the soldiers said as the window opened.

Inside the huge cage is a woman with greasy long hair, black tattoos on her face and arms down to her legs, and old clothes with chains on both of her arms and legs sits in the middle of the cage with a disappointed face. "You're late, you know how much I hate eating my food when it's not on time." Said Klea with a calm and demanding voice.

The guard holding her lunch steps inside her prison. "You don't make the rules here Klea." Said a guard as he placed the tray near her. The guard starts walking towards the door.

As the guard was supposed to get out of her prison when she stands up from the floor and ran towards the guard. The other guards were supposed to throw fire on her when the long chains stopped her from running. Klea looked at the chains and laughs maniacally. "When I get out of here there will be no more chains to stop me from running after you." She said and continued laughing.

The guards locked the door of her prison. "You're crazy." One of them said as they walk away. Leaving Klea alone laughing in her cage.

While standing in front of a mirror she looked at herself from head to toe. Slightly turns around to see what her uniform looks like from the back. Alexa let out a big sigh and grabbed her bag.

As Alexa walks out of her room a scent of morning breakfast came across her nose. She closed her eyes and sniffs, letting the smell enter her nose. She followed the smell and led her to their kitchen. There Alexa saw her mother preparing the table for breakfast. "Glad you're up early. You don't want to be late on your first day." Ezotl said as she takes her seat.

Alexa shrugged and sits at the chair in front of Ezotl. "So what major are you taking?" She immediately asked her daughter.

After Alexa takes a bite at her sandwich she placed her hand under her chin. "What are the choices again?" She asked, Ezotl sighed. "There are medical, basic, and field major." She explained.

Alexa glanced at her bag beside her where her wand and books are out. Considered the greatest warrior of her age, good at swordsmanship and hand to hand combat. Choosing a major should be something that she would use in her life. "I'll be taking medical, less reading, less memorizing." Alexa simply answers.

Ezotl raised an eyebrow at her. "But that's a lot of brewing." She said. Alexa was stunned and her hands start shivering. When Ezotl noticed this she smirked at her daughter. "Just kidding, you'll enjoy medical classes. That's one of my favorite classes when I was young." Said Ezotl as she takes a bite from her sandwich.

When Alexa was about to finish eating her breakfast the town's clock began to tick loudly. Loud enough for the whole town to hear. Alexa immediately fixed her things and runs out of their house.

As she runs towards the school she can also see other students running beside her. As she reached the ginormous doors of the school she looks up and let out a smile. "First day," Alexa whispered to herself.

As she enters the school a huge hallway welcomes her. The hallway is full of students walking around the area. As she looks up she saw paintings, it is said when she was younger those were paintings of the history of Earthnia. While she walks farther she saw a middle-aged woman wearing a golden robe standing in the middle of the hallway while holding a scroll.

"May I have all your attention, please." Said the woman. "All new students, please proceed to my left and the rest get your schedule at the guidance office with Mr. Quickel." The students began to walk and headed to their sides.

The woman who called their attention started walking around and asking each student a question. Alexa tiptoed to have a better look from the back. "Ms. Olivia." She immediately looked beside her and found a girl her age with blonde hair. "That's her name." She said with a sweet voice, she faced Alexa and reached her hand to her. "I'm Emma."

Alexa smiled at her and reached for her hand. "Alexa." Emma smiled as she heard her name and shakes their hands. "Nice to meet you." She said as they both let go of each other's hands. "First-year here in Glam Academy?" Emma asked, Alexa, nodded in response. "What about you?" She asked in return. Emma looked at her and smiled. "Yeah, but I've already taken the basic major when I was a kid." Said Emma and laughs softly. Alexa laughs with her, "Yeah me too."

As Ms. Olivia walks toward them they both stand straight and fixed their selves. Ms. Olivia raised an eyebrow at both of them while holding a scroll and quiver. She faced Alexa. "Alexa am I right?" She asked her. Alexa nervously nodded. "Yes ma'am." Ms. Olivia glanced at her scroll. "What major are you taking for this year?" She asked. "Medical major ma'am," Alexa answered, Olivia, nodded and faced Emma. "And you are Emma?" She asked, Emma, nodded in response. "What major are you taking for this year?" Olivia asked. "Medical major." Emma confidently answered, Olivia, handed them a paper where their schedule is written. "All those who already received their schedule please proceed to your room, thank you," Olivia said as she walks past them and continued asking the other students.

Emma and Alexa looked at each other. "Looks like we're classmates," Alexa said with joy in her voice. "Yeah, I'm so excited." Said Emma as they start to walk to their rooms.
