As he touched his face, his fingers were soiled a bit with his blood. Rai moved so fast that only Yamato was barely able to keep up with his movements.

One of the ninjas spectating said, they disliked the fact that an outsider possessed the Ultimate Perception, but one has to give credit when it's due.
