Omake 8: FGO 8

When the summoning array flashed gold, the Fujimaru twins were delighted. A new strong Servant to join their current mission (with Gudako being more hopeful for a new husbando to add to her reverse harem), someone that was going to be strong (and definitely handsome! - Gudako).

But as the summoning process ended, the figure that came out wasn't one familiar at sight and definitely not male. She stood with a chilling smile that flashed hints of insanity and malicious delight, her sword tapping the floor before being dragged by the Saber-Class summoned by the twins as its owner moved towards her newest Masters.

"Saber-Class… Lucius Tiberius. I suppose you two are my Duces."

"W-We are your Masters," Gudao answered, ignoring the reaction from his sister as the orangette dropped to the ground and cursed the 'gacha system for giving her no new husbando'.

Some things just didn't seem to change for some people…

"Good. Then I suppose there's a battlefield to wet with our foes' blood and..." A pause, the redhead turned to look around as soon as she heard a familiar groan. Her gaze stopped at a familiar figure, one that was currently facepalming. The new Saber Servant tensed up, her eyes fluttered wide open and her bloodthirsty expression turned into one of-

"JOSEPH~!"

The aforementioned Servant ran fast towards the exit, and the scarlet-haired woman didn't bother engage in a wild run to intercept the elusive 'young King'. It was indeed a sight, one that was followed by a few understanding nods from Archer EMIYA and Muramasa. The sight still left a few questions in the air as to why a Roman general known for his- her vicious tendencies seemed to drop in a very clingy and definitely dere-dere behavior around someone that should have been her most hated enemy.

"Uh… Mya?"

"Yes Master?" The Einzbern queen addressed the boy's question.

"Can you… explain what is going on?" Gudao pressed with a hint of confusion and unease.

"Well, the individual you just met is the 'Lucy' that my lovely husband tends to gloom about. And let's just say that he is trying to reach Skadi right now."

"Any particular reason for that?"

"When my husband returned from helping the Gallians against the Vandals, I may have suggested something to bring new things in our nightly interactions."

"Oh… wait, then why Skadi is to be involved about it?"

"Considering Lucy's behavior, I deemed it just right for Scathach to also be involved in this. She was surprisingly positive to this. Mostly when I added that she could bring anything to assist her in keeping Lucy under check."

At this point Gudako finally recovered from her usual depression, the orangette yanked in the conversation about the kind of fun being discussed. "So, I suppose that the reason why she was that dere-dere is because of that."

"I would say it always existed and I think she was even more pleasant as a person during her pregnancy."

And that news shocked many, but Mya managed to preserve her composure despite the way she surprised the entire room with that detail.

"She had a child from that?"

"I would say 'children'," The Caster-class Servant hummed mirthfully, further delighted by that kind of reaction. "She was surprisingly endeared by the notion of being a mother. Mostly because she could train 'her children to be proper Roman warriors'."

"So, she was… you know. 'That' kind of bed person."

"Oh no, I wouldn't say she was that craving for cuddles. That's an honor left to another individual which I wonder if she will ever be summoned. I bet she will try to find a way to do that~."

A shiver went down the spines of numerous versions of Artoria.

"Lucy, no!"

The young woman giggled, getting close to launch herself and tackle me, but failing short from doing that due to how many corners I was taking in that chase.

"I'm gonna catch you, Joseph~!"

She was as determined as back then. You know, I think I was a bit drunk of successes that I barely noticed how those slowly sank some awkward circumstances for my future back when things started to get intense with some people. Sure, I had little to no regrets about Ria and Guinevere, but… Lucy was particular. And I don't mean in a positive or negative way. Weird, and way too intense to handle on her own. I always tried to get her to be 'normal', and when that happened within common circumstances, I realized I traded a bratty individual for a very clingy one.

The only change I had at the moment to prevent my own poor self to be ravaged by the particularly overpowered individual compared to my current Servant self was to find the one that could control her through experience. If she remembered how to do that. While Skadi had been confirmed to be the Scathach from our timeline given that cute personality born from her Skadi version, there had been small hints of her original personality resurfacing within her mannerism. It was a risky chance that I took and, for a time, I thought I had lost that gamble. I reached Skadi's room and found it empty, devoid of any living existence. No Skadi, no one.

I stepped inside, hesitation making my pace falter and providing Lucy with the chance to strike. I was suddenly pulled in, her push sending me on the bed. I tried to get up, but a very eager weight landed on my stomach as the giggling redhead prepared to do many things to me.

"C-Can we talk about this?"

"Nope~."

Before anything could happen, the door closed and the noise alerted us both to look at who had done it. Skadi stood over us, a strange glint on her dull expression which reminded me of-

"My, oh my. Would you look at that? Someone had decided to venture back to a path of foolishness akin to the one I personally saw to correct," Scathach remarked dryly. "Lucius, good to see that you are keen for some revision."

The redhead shivered. "Y-You. It's you!"

"Yes. And… I believe you too should be reprimanded thoroughly, Jojo," The plum-haired woman commented, her eyes flashing another kind of glint. A nervous one. "Skadi wishes to experience the married life's most intense activities after all. And she is determined."

...I really need a sane-minded adult right now.

Somewhere in the cafeteria, a most amused Mya sipped from her cup of tea, trying to cheer up a very distraught Ria as she found out that the door which led to Skadi's room was now closed with numerous runes preventing anyone entrance. Poor girl didn't knew just yet that time was no issue and her patience would eventually be rewarded in due date.

After all, Mya's job as the matchmaker was far from over~.
