Chapter 230: Antelope

Eyel stared at the woman from the mirror. She can't believe that the woman reflected on the mirror is none other than herself. She looked like a new person. The white bridal gown suit her. The first knock revealed Lehi. Her young mistress that is precious to her. Ever since she was a child Lehi is the only person that invaded her void heart. An innocent child that made her heart warm. Lehi smiled and handed her the bundle of flower.

"Here beautiful bride. May this flower keep your walk significant." Lehi recited the very word Eyel told her when she used to talk about their love story in her younger years.

Eyel accepted the bundle of flower and for one last time she bowed her head toward the mistress that she valued more than anyone.

Kish paced inside his chamber nervously. They are waiting for the bell to ring and the horn to blow. When Sage came in to summon him. Kish sprayed himself with the ointment. He retied his bow and flattened his white suit. Kish looked mature and handsome in his current clothing. He cheered himself and followed Sage. Kish breathed warmly and his world were in slow motion.

Ophir and Nevi glanced at each other. As Kish waited on the altar. The two were more nervous than anyone else. Kiel and Hexel were glad that they still had the time to celebrate even after a tirring day and work. Natalina stood by the altar and sang.

"Love that is corded. Lengthy for spreading a net. The same cloud has gathered to witness one love. The angels were singing to see a soul unite. Love that is meant to be. Love that is forever."

When the song ended the curtained open and Eyel marched in. Kish can't believe what he was seeing. She was just presented by God in a dream and now she will become a huge part of his life. Eyel Bonnie looked lovely in her dress. Kish felt the joy swelling in his heart. When she finally stood in his face with a viel. The ceremony started.

Lehi held Ophir's hand after sending out Eyel to march. Ophir did the same hoping that a miracle would happen. Silently pleading that their situation would be saved and prolonged. When Eyel and Kish exchange the vow.

Cyrus ended the ceremony in a prayer.

"Our God who is the destiny maker and promise keeper. You authored and sealed a love story that speak of your glory and exaltation. Your unique way of bringing people together has secured a hundred generation and with the assurance of forever. May your blessing be upon this couple. Amen."

The sun shine as the clappings and cheering got noisy and louder. Lehi, Ophir and Kenna waited if something happened but so far it's been still and peaceful. The four of them are still complete. Lehi used her reverb to sucked in the detail. Ophir put on the title

"Everlasting Sign of Love."

Nevi bestowed the date and cover.

It was covered with a single feather with heart shaped tint.

Kennan kept the book and resigned for the day to submit it on the shelve.

Sienna felt her belly kicking and informes Hexel. Kiel and Lila bestowed their blessing on the couple. Cyprus and Natalina presented their gifts and enjoyed the get together. The whole time Nevi, Ophir and Lehi sticked together. Kennan even returned and joined them from submitting the book.

The day went by with Kish and Eyel being teased and roasted. Lehi and Ophir did not leave the two as they proudly observe them from the sideline. Evi and Ain presented a brief dance as the night goes on. When the whole crowd departed and left the venue. Ophir and Nevi glanced at the falling star.

The two look back to see an empty space.

The two started to panick and get nervous. Even Kennan searched the area and they can't find Lehi. When Kennan heared the familiar ring of bell he shut his eyes and spoke.

"Lehi's era ended. Kish and Eyel are her ancestor. She needed to be in her rightful timeline."

"How? Her well was destroyed."

Nevi inquired as Ophir losed all the strength he had.

"I don't know but the shelves were complete. And you two are stuck here with us." Kennan replied.

Nevi and Ophir asked if anybody remembered Lehi but no one can recall her. Ophir resigned for the day. It happened before. Lehi went back to her own era with him stuck in a place full of her memories. Yet this time his pain was different. He also had a son. He can't imagine how will Lehi concieve the child alone. Give birth alone and tend toward their child alone. Ophir wished he could just look for a random well to jump in but that won't be a case.

Nevi cannot relate to the pain that Ophir was currently dealing but it pained Nevi that neither Kiel, Hexel,Lila or Ain can recall who Lehi might be. Nevi clenched his fist and went run toward the sea. Since the wedding happened in Kisiena.

Nevi kept calling Lehi's name but he got a response from his own voice echoing.

Sienna suddenly felt like her head got dizzy. When Kenna asked her about a woman named Lehi her belly suddenly leaped in joy. Sienna felt like her spine will give out. Kennan assited her rest. When Kennan inquired on Cyrus. The King was also clueless about Lehi.

Ophir glanced at Lehi's transparent ribbon and held it close to himself.

His heart cannot contain the impact. He is in complete disarray. His heart was broken not just as a husband but also a future father. His soul felt incomplete and wounded. His mind were tormented at the thought that he won't be able to see Lehi nor exist in his child's life. The transparent ribbon embody a melancholic yearning for a future that is not meant to bud nor flourish. Ophir knew that even the white snow won't return back to the sky after melting.

His era got left by ravines on a overhang chaff.
