Tachibana Palace

Ken wakes up and finds Tori in his arms and Snow has frozen the floor. He gets up and the door opens.

Yuno slips and falls on the floor and groans, "Ow, what the hell?"

"What the hell?" Tori repeats.

Yuno purses her lips and tries to escape from Ken's fury because he made it very clear that bad language around the boys is a No no.

"Those two again." Mitsuko states and walks the interior designer to the pent house floor. "We'd like to make these rooms look bigger and more spacious without having to forsake the quality furniture we have in the rooms."

He takes her around the room and they discuss floor boards and closet space, discussing the colour coding and material used in the room.

He goes on to take her to the top floor rooms and the safety of the people is what they want to prioritize the most.

"Eureka!" Easter shouts hoping up and down washing the windows.

"If you can wash all the windows in 3 hours I'll give you this." Mitsuko bribes Easter and she smirks and starts taking her job more seriously.

They walk into the TV room and a few guests are watching a football game cheering very loudly. Three waiters serve drinks while two others handle the empty bottles and cans.

"We also make money by recycling the used cans and bottles and donate the money to orphanages or NGO's we deem worthy of supporting, this room though I believe is fine the way it is, but if you think it could do with some improvement I'm all ears."

"It could do with some more seats and the people need to move further back."

Mitsuko nods making notes and they take the elevator to the first underground floor.

The door leads to a cinema with a bunch of kids wearing 3D glasses watching cartoons, "The ground floor is specifically for children, down below we have the recreational room for children 5 to 7,"

They go a floor down and the recreational room has netted trampolines and slides with a small basketball court.

"What do you think this room needs?"

The interior designer thinks it through and all she thinks to change is the colour theme of the room,

"Adding wall art that would invite children into this place is necessary the room might have all these nice things, but the fact that it's bland will give you bland guests. It needs to look fun in here,"

She points at the court, "It might be in doors, but there's enough room in there to add stands on the left side and decorate the field like it's outdoors, and I'm thinking separating the fields will make it more spontaneous for kids' tastes."

Mitsuko adds the notes and they go a floor down and she looks surprised to find a packed Arcade with teens going up and down holding coins and prizes the counter looks busier than ever.

"That's Roy Kuyasa, his ability is absolute illusion. He makes prizes for the kids to win and we make more money from this place than the hotel guests. There are temporary prizes that last for a certain amount of time and crazy cool prizes that Roy tends to get stingy with."

A blonde boy gives Roy a thousand tickets for a crazy big teddy bear that he gives to his girlfriend who gives him a tight hug and a lot of kids get super psyched to get more coins too.

"We always have one or two like him, and today is one of our slow days." Mitsuko explains the way the arcade works.

They turn real cash into game tokens and use these tokens to play games, some games give you tickets that you use to get prizes depending on the number of tickets, while some games are just for fun or just to waste your money because their too impossible to win.

"This room needs serious remodeling." The interior designer states.

Mitsuko agrees and they go to the last ground floor, "This is the room for the more nerdy types, you have your reading room in there built with sound proofing and on the opposite side is the pool table and other games like it while we also have toddler swings up ahead with the secret room in there."

Mitsuko unlocks the door and shows her the video game room that rarely gets open due to fights to get in and is only opened when there aren't so many children around the hotel.

They get back to the top and they pass the kitchen that smells really good and the staff is busy left and right.

Mitsuko sighs when he realises the chef is working with his clones again instead of the other chefs.

"Excuse him, sometimes he just up and kicks everybody out and works alone."

They sneak out before he threatens to butcher them and he takes her to the hot springs and even the in-door gym that is for guests who plan to stay from 3 months or more.

"That's Kimi our resident fitness coach, don't let that sweet smile fool you he's relentless and heartless."

Kimi throws a chair in their direction.

Aya holds Mitsuko and The interior designer's hands letting the chair pass through them, her ability is ghost she can pass through anything or make anything she touches permeable, "Sorry about him. Some kids made fun of his name again."

"I think it's best we leave before he kills us." They go out doors and start by the garden to catch Yuno and Ken making out.

"As you can see past the garden is the maze that sometimes shifts around to scare the living crap out of the people who wonder in there P.S it was Setsuno's idea and the making it alive part is because of Thirty

"Literally his name is thirty with an ability titled haunt, he can make anything haunt anyone he thinks off and he's sadistic enough to do it all the time and get a kick out of it."

"Setsuno!"

They turn and find Setsuno hiding in a tree that wasn't there a minute ago.

Xavier runs past Mitsuko and the female and drags Ken to the tree pointing up at the stealthy Setsuno, "Setsuno." Xavier states and Ken sighs.

"Get down before I make you." Ken doesn't give him much of a choice shaking him out of the tree.

When Setsuno hits the ground Tori gasps before saying, "What the hell?" and the defeated look on Ken's face is just laughable.

"Why?" Someone is heard yelling and a fight between the usual fighters starts and the place goes to shit, while the fired chefs are drinking in the morning and half the staff is missing.

"Where the hell is everyone?" Mitsuko asks only to be led to the pool.

"Pool Party!"

Ackerman walks in destroying the speakers for the noise, "You can't just decide today's a pool party. Back to work!"

Someone shoves him in the pool and they all jump in after him getting new speakers ASAP and waking up the guests announcing a pool party.

"As you can see the staff has days where they decide they don't want to work which will spiral out of control without anyone to put them in their place."

Ken glares at the group and tosses the speakers in the pool. "Back to work before I fire the whole lot of you." His icy glare gets everyone moving.

Mitsuko's tour continues until in the evening when the pool party starts up again and the guests are buying into it spending on liquor and bikini's that are from Sensen's boutique also found in the Palace.

Yuno hides in her room and volunteers to baby sit.

Ken opens her door and flops on the bed and pats Snow. "Why aren't you out there?"

Yuno shrugs her shoulders before lying down on the floor taking pictures. Xavier and Tori lie down next to her taking more pictures together.

"Hey, go find Ackerman or Setsuno." Ken kicks the boys out of the room and locks the door.

Xavier takes Tori's hand and they follow Snow outside walking down the street all the way to grocery store making it before closing time.

They walk to the frozen foods section before looking around and they finally find the section they are looking for grabbing snacks and leaving. The alarm goes off and they casually keep strolling away.

"Hey, get back here."

The security guard runs after them and they turn around waiting for him to come get them. He snatches the packet of chips from Tori and he starts crying.

"Give it back." Xavier growls narrowing his eyes at the mall cop who does not give back the snack. He runs up to the mall cop and starts throwing punches. "Give it back."

Setsuno runs in and grabs him apologizing and sorting the mess out going back to pay for everything they stole.

"He assaulted an officer of the law." T

Setsuno gives him a mocking glance, "Say that while his father is here and we'll see what happens."

The officer looks at Xavier giving Tori a hug. "You let them go off on their own? That's irresponsible."

"Say that while their mother is here and you're dead when she finds out." Setsuno walks away and Snow follows behind him giving the boys the go ahead to follow.

The officer looks at the boys clearly and follows behind them watching them walk into the Palace. The mall is just next door the park across the Palace. He makes a call lodging a complaint that two toddlers tried to vandalise the shop. Making a very big deal out of it.

When Ken finds out he walks to the place and looks at the security guard holding the slip that proves that Setsuno dealt with the matter.

"Hey boss, this the shop?"

Ken turns around already half the mall is being wrecked by his crazy employees. Snow freezes the entrance while Setsuno and Ackerman empty the grocery shop and they all leave holding something to eat.

"Ken what the hell?" Yuno apologizes and holds out Ken's black card, he snatches it back and slings her over his shoulder.

"First of all, there's absolutely nothing wrong with this place." She finds Ian fixing up the place making it look like nothing ever happened.

"You're a reckless leader Ken, why would you let them vandalize the mall like that? There's still footage of you guys wrecking the place."

"This is why I love you." Ken smiles he completely forgot about that, "Hey, hacker take care of the footage will you. We were never here."

"Yes sir."

Yuno finds Xavier by the pool while Tori is munching on a guava roll Tachibana picked off the counter for him.

"Ken, are you serious?" Yuno glares at him and calls for a meeting to scold everyone and storms off grabbing Ken and dragging him away.

"Hey, why are you so upset? Is it because Setsuno interrupted the really hot sex? We can finish off where we left off you know."

"Did you drink?"

"Nope, I just don't want anyone to mess with my boys."

"So, you'll allow them to mess with other people instead?"

"Hey, calm down. I'll fix it I promise they won't turn out rotten they just proved to us that they can look out for each other and they want to wonder off on their own, you know what that means?"

Yuno cocks a brow, "What?"

"Xavier's ready for school." Ken picks Yuno up spinning her around very excited and proud while Yuno is not sure how to feel right now.

Killing his vibe is out of the question so she sighs and plays along she'll catch him off guard later.

"Hey boss lady where do you want this to go?" Jet asks holding a still boxed bounce house she asked him to get for the boys.

"Keep it sealed I'll take it with me when we leave, Summer vacation is almost up meaning I'll need something to keep them busy while someone is off doing I don't know what."

Ken pecks her cheek, "You know I take Hitori with me everywhere I go, Xavier is heading off to school and you might not need to keep wasting time at med school anymore, but that's for later."

Yuno groans, "You Tachibana boys are trouble."

"Uh huh, that's what you love about us."
