Sword Arts Online: Darkness

What if the creator of Sword Arts Online had controlled Kirito and his friends, turning them into evil, and brought the game into the real world, turning it into a giant game world? Well, this is the situation where our ordinary protagonist Roxas Nietes, or Rohasu Nitama as his player name, had found himself. Being a foreign high school student living in Japan with his friends in a shared house owned by his school would make his life there difficult, but his intelligence on basically anything instead made him prepared and an actionist. He was an ambivert who loved music, art, writing, picture taking, philosophizing, and best of all, making scenarios of all kinds in his mind. So, the day before SAO was brought into the real world, Roxas had unknowingly received a mysterious-looking email from a player named Anko Tachibana, who was a deceased player. That email is a request for help because he, who knew Kirito and his friends before, wants someone to help them, who are now known as the Elite Players, snap from their state of being brainwashed by the game. Roxas accepted it after some thinking, but there’s one condition: he will be Anko’s vessel because Anko is now a spirit after his death in the game. To be free from Anko’s ghostly possession, he needed to complete the task in any way he could. Now that he was Anko’s vessel, what would Roxas do to do this big and seemingly impossible mission? Well, he will use his intelligence, ambivert personality, and scenario-making mindset to do it, plus action. That combination sounds ridiculous and unorthodox, but for him, it will be a good one. So, join him, Anko, and their friends in a now-altered reality fighting monsters and bosses across Aincrad-ridded Japan and getting into the Tower while trying to get Kirito and his friends out of their brainwashed state. But the dark side of Sword Art Online was slowly revealed as Roxas and his friends went deeper and deeper for their mission through their spirit guardians. One of them was the origins of Eugeo and Alice (This was what if Eugeo and Alice were once humans who were killed and were forced to be bots in the games?) Chapter 20 – Evil Eugeo?

Third person POV

"Greetings, newbie," Evil Eugeo greeted Roxas with an evil smile. Roxas then shivered and looked at him. He was in the "closed-door" of his personality at this time.

"No way…it was him again!" his mind yells.

"Hi there?" Roxas responded back with fear.

Evil Eugeo then stood next to him and asked him for his name.

Taking this as an opportunity for his latest new tactic, Roxas became brave and replied boldly, "My name is Roxas Torre Agbayani-Nietes of Iloilo City, the Philippines! My player name is Rohasu Nitama!"

Evil Eugeo was stunned to hear such foreign names and asked him, "What is your nationality, huh?"

"Filipino," Roxas boldly answered back, before looking at his sword, and then pulling out his notepad and gel pen.

"Okay then," Evil Eugeo replied while switching back to his evil persona. "Let's have a talk, shall we?"

 "Yes."

Both Roxas and Evil Eugeo talked for a bit.

"What's your name?" Roxas asked him.

"My name is Eugeo, or rather, Evil Eugeo," Evil Eugeo replied back. "Nice to meet you."

"Yeah, nice to meet you, too, Eugeo-san."

"Huh, an honorific at the end of my name?" chuckled the Elite Player.

"Yes, I know that in anime," responded Roxas back.

 "Nice one, learner."

But Roxas was always alerted while speaking to him in Japanese with a Filipino accent.

Evil Eugeo shared with him how he and his friends had helped bring the game to the real world.

"This world is now our playground for ourselves," the Elite Player replied back. "Cool, isn't it?"

Roxas understood that while taking notes on the vocabulary in his notepad.

The words were written in Tagalog as a tactic of coding and encoding.

After that, Roxas asked him, "Also, do you know Kirito-kun, too?"

"Yes, he is my close friend in this game," Evil Eugeo responded back. "We are close, you know."

 "Oh, got it."

Roxas then took notes in Tagalog.

And then, Anko came out of Roxas, appeared in front of them, and greeted Eugeo, much to Roxas' surprise. "Woah, Anko-kun?" Roxas commented. Evil Eugeo was stunned and irritated to see him living within Roxas' body. "You again?"

Anko smiled at him and asked him if he had missed him so much.

But Evil Eugeo coldly told him that he wasn't and hates him.

Roxas was pissed off and told him, "Hey! Don't say that to Anko-kun! Not nice!"

This earns the foreign student a blade near his neck by Evil Eugeo for talking back at him.

"You know what happens if you go against me, Roxas," Evil Eugeo said to him coldly and with evil in his eyes.

Roxas was scared of him while Anko tried to persuade Evil Eugeo not to do this.

Roxas' friends, who were now walking towards Roxas' direction after eating that light and quick lunch, heard something and ran towards the scene, only to see Roxas being threatened by Evil Eugeo and Anko trying to calm things down.
