It was only after running and hiding within an alley way did Mark finally stopped to take a breath.
"Gagh!" I exclaimed
My leg's wound had opened up. Having only been 19 hours or so from receiving the injury, it hadn't had the time to fully heal.
'I need to disinfect and change my bandages!'
Calming myself, I took out the towns map to search for a pharmacy or something similar.
"Pharmacy, pharmacy..." I panted heavily, I wasn't sure if it was because I was losing blood or if it was the fear of being eaten by the sexy spider.
'Ahah' I found one inside a store plaza, 20 meters east from the square.
I started walking, well limping, with soft and careful steps as I slowly walked toward the plaza
"I really hope Jason and George are having it easier than I am" I muttered to myself

"This is the 5th car we've been to, what's making you unable to hotwire it!?" George asked, my anger rising.
"Hey George? Mind shutting the fuck up!?" I asked with a 'happy' smile
"These modern cars have a built in alarm that will trigger if it isn't opened by its connected key"
"Oh, I see!"
"If it were the older models I'm sure I could open the door easily, but they aren't so I have to be cautious"
"That doesn't explain why you kept on changing cars though..."
"That's because those cars already had their keys inside of them, who the hell even leaves their keys inside?" I asked ludicrously
After carefully prying and tinkering with the key insert, I finally opened it
"Alright, now I need you to stay quiet while I start messing with the wires" I told George
"Okay" He nodded
Despite his immaturity, he is still sensible enough to know when to act serious.
After opening the little cabinet under the steering wheel. I started looking for the wires connected to the battery and engine.
"Let's hope, I can do this" I whispered, considering that these are new model cars, it would definitely be a new experience.

After entering the shopping plaza, I power walked to the pharmacy on the second floor. Crouching underneath the half closed gate, I limped inside.
I quickly limped toward the first aid section. Opening one of the first aid kits inside one of the plastic display cases, I took off my blood stained bandages.
I hurriedly cleaned my wound which seemed like I had a piece of my flesh bit off. Then, I used a cloth with disinfectant to kill whatever bacteria had made its way inside my wound, then wrapped it up in new, clean bandages.
After wrapping it tightly, I got up.
"Hugh, alright, this won't do. I need actual medical attention now that first aid is proving to be insufficient." I slowly started limping back to the entrance.
*BAM!*
*WHAM!*
"I KNOW YOU'RE IN HERE, ANT!!!" The spider screeched
I damn neared pissed my pants.
I am now experimenting with the story's pacing. Thank you for reading!
