" If it isn't the bastard child of the sect master" Soon, a arrogant voice sounded out followed by a cold voice, before a group of disciples intercepted the Yang Chen duo.

They were five male disciples and in their lead was a beautiful lady in a black robe. She was quite beautiful, except, she had a repulsive aura of arrogance around her, that disgusted Yang Chen.

" What do you want Feng Ling'er" Min Lan's body suddenly tensed, as her eyes grew wary . " Don't mind me I'm just passing by although I see you've found a lover. Hmmm, wait a minute, don't tell me you've fallen in love with a mortal, apart from his handsome face, he hasn't the slightest amount of profound energy in his body. Is this how far you've fallen, daughter of the sect master" The lady called Feng Ling'er spoke with a chuckle, ridicule and sarcasm evident in her tone.

" Now if you don't mind, this gentleman and I have some business to attend to." She smirked again, and turned to look beside her only to see Yang Chen standing a distance from her with a smirk on his face, clearly amused by their gimmicks.

" What are you laughing at you moron!!" A good looking guy in a green robe stared angrily at the smiling Yang Chen.

" Your mother" " Pffft" Yang Chen smiled provokingly and said which earned a wave of laughter from Min Lan. " I'll kill you bastard!! " The green robed man feeling insulted, let out a growl, before he rushed out towards Yang Chen with great speed and let out a punch with all of his strength.

" Boom!!" A fierce wind blew, and dust rose, with the point of collision as center. The dust cleared, only to see the green robed man's fist stopped at the spot by a finger.

" How are you so strong!!" He roared , indignant of the results of his attack.

" Ever heard of a zenkai boost?" Yang Chen chuckled and slightly jerked his finger, which caused the green robed man to be pushed by several meters. His arm was dislocated, and his eyes were red with humiliation.

" I'll kill you" he attempted to rush out once more, however he was stopped by a wave from Feng Ling'er. " We're leaving." She snorted, before leaving with her goons, not forgetting to cast meaningful glances at Yang Chen.

" Who was that?" " She is the daughter of the sects Grand Elder. The Grand Elder and my father don't see eye to eye, hence the rivalry between us." Min Lan replied, after Yang Chen asked.

" Is she stronger than you are?" Yang Chen asked once more as they continued with their walk. " Well she's just the fifth ranked monarch, nothing spectacular." She shrugged.

" We're here!! The inner sect" She smiled and showed him a beautiful range of mountains with floating pagodas. "The plaza of the seven generals are on the mountain right there". She pointed to the center most mountain and said .

" Take me there. " Yang Chen looked her . " Sorry darling, unfortunately I've some business to attend to , I'll see you later ." She whispered before blowing him a kiss and walking away. " This temptress " Yang Chen shook his head and began waking towards his new home....
