On the way?️?️

They all were on their way to the island. For sometime, Kaya, Eun Woo amd Ha won remained silent as Ha Won was driving; Kaya looking outside through the window and Eun Woo was going through some paperwork.

Then Eun Woo said,"I think we should play some music." Kaya said while looking outside,"Ok!!" and Ha Won nodded.

Eun Woo turned on the music and everyone was listening to music when later Eun Woo said to Kaya,"What's in your hands?"; he said while pointing his finger towards the box that Noah gave to Kaya on airport.

To this Kaya said, "Noah gave me this." Eun Woo said while grabbing that box,"Show me." Kaya said, "What? Don't open it."

Eun Woo said while reading "Happy Birthday Kaya♥️" on the box, "Toady is your birthday?!?!" while Ha Won started singing,"Happy birthday to you... Happy birthday to you. Happy Birthday dear Kaya. Happy Birthday to you....." Eun Woo also said, "Happy Birthday Kaya!!!!"

Kaya started laughing and said,"Today is not my birthday. Hahahaha!!!"

Ha Won said,"What??" Eun Woo said, "But.. Wh... what's with this birthday gift that Noah has given you." Kaya said,"My birthday is one week later. And on my birthday, he will not be here so he gave me gift earlier and told me to open this on the day of my birthday."

Ha Won said, "If we see it in a way that who wished you first, then I'm the one who wished you first." Eun Woo said,"I agree with him." Kaya said,"Yup!! But in this way Noah has wished me before you two. Then he is the first."

Eun Woo said while giving Kaya back her gift box,"Why didn't you tell us earlier. We must have arranged something for your birthday."

Kaya said,"Ah!! It's Ok!!" and put the box in her bag.Then Kaya let out a yawn and said,"Sorry!" Eun Woo said,"Have some sleep. There is still more than one hour left us to reach." Kaya said,"No!No! What if you will also felt asleep?

Then Ha Won will also feel sleepy and he will not ne able to drive then." Ha Won said, "I'm fine. I'm habitual to it now. Everytime we go on a trip, they all are sleeping during the journey."

Eun Woo said to Kaya,"Look at your eyes!!! How tired they are. They want some sleep." Then he placed his hand on her eyes and Kaya removed his hand and said, "What are you doing?I'm fine!" Eun Woo said,"Ok!! As you wish."

Kaya again turned her neck and looked outside the window, remembering her birthday party.

Green garden with a doll house and dog house and a big cozy cottage house. A cake was lying on the coffee table infront of the sofa on which she was sitting. The cake was engraved with letters 'Happy Birthday Kaya' and a candle in the shape of number '10' was litted on the cake.

She was staring at the answering machine lying beside her left and a woman entered the room while cleaning her hands with a towel. The little Kaya said to the woman, "Nanny!! When will mom dad wish me happy birthday?"

Nanny sits beside her right and placed a pale blue pearled crown on her head. "Grandpa calls you princess. Right??"

"Hmm..." Kaya replied with slumped shoulders and eyes fixed at answering machine.

"And remember what grandma says that princesses are borne to the kings and queens who have to look out every business in the kingdom and they barely get time to meet their princess. So, princesses have to become strong and grow up themselves without waiting for their parents." Nanny said in pleasing sweet tone.

"I know they don't love me. But I'm strong enough to live without them." She blew the candle and filled her mouth with the spoonful of the cake."

*Present, in the car*

While her trip down the memory lane, she fell asleep.

Later, Eun Woo saw that Kaya had fallen sleep and she was about to hit her head with window; Eun Woo quickly placed his hand under her head and said to Ha Won, "What should i do now??"

Ha Won said while looking at Eun Woo through rear-view mirror, "Let her sleep on your shoulder." Eun Woo said,"Are you sure?" Ha Won,"Ah!!! Just do it. It's the first time, I've seen you getting that much nervous."..... 'and asking me about what should you do' he thought to himself.

Then Eun Woo placed Kaya's head on his shoulder and said,"No!!..No..!! I'm not nervous. I was just asking you. Your are just over thinking it."

Ha Won said while laughing, "Really!?" Eun Woo said coldly,"What??Just drive." Ha Won said,"Ok! Got it." Then Eun Woo looked at Kaya and smiled.

After one and half hour, Ha Won stopped the car. He looked back at Kaya and Eun Woo; they both were sleeping. Ha Won took their photo while they were sleeping and went to the boat where Ji Wook, Dong Hwa, Dhruv and Su Yeon had already reached.

Dong Hwa said, "What took you so long?" Ha Won said,"I drived slowly." Ji Wook said, "Where is Kaya and Eun Woo?" Ha Won said,"They are sleeping." Ji Wook said, "Wake them up." Ha Won in his mind, 'They were looking good sleeping together. How can i wake them up'....then he said,"Ok! Let me call Eun Woo then." Eun Woo's phone rang in car and Kaya woke up.

As she opened her eyes, she saw Eun Woo's face was very close to her; his thin soft lips, his clear glass skin, big eyelashes and she was lying on his shoulder and they both have held each other's hands.

Kaya suddenly got away from him and said to herself,"What was it? How did i fell asleep? Ah!!! What should i do now?? May be he didn't know that i fell asleep on his shoulder, he is sleeping so soundly how could he knew."

Then she noticed Eun Woo's phone was ringing; she said while tapping Eun Woo's shoulder with her fingers, "Eun Woo, wake up! Your phone is ringing."

Eun Woo woke up and picked Ha Won's call, "What??" Ha Won said,"Come to the boat, dude!!" Eun Woo said,"We need to go to boat. They all are waiting for us." and Kaya was looking at him with mixed emotions of shock, confusion and embarrassment and she couldn't utter a single word.

Then Eun Woo said, "Did you sleep well Kaya?" Kaya said with widened eyes,"What!?" Eun Woo smiled and said, "Nothing. Let's go to the boat." Kaya said, "Ah!! Th...That.. Nothing....I mean wear your mask and cap. Paparazzi can be anywhere."

She wanted to ask him about she fell asleep and all this, but she just couldn't. She just decided believe that he doesn't know and she will never tell.

Eun Woo saw her ear and cheeks turned red; he smiled and said, "You are a fast learner." Then Eun Woo wore his baseball cap and mask and they both get out of the car; carry their luggage and went to the boat.

Su Yeon said while seeing Kaya and Eun Woo, "They are here!!" Ji Wook said,"Guys, I think we should go now."

Then they left for the island while everyone was enjoying the view of sea. Dhruv, Kaya and Su Yeon were standing in the bow of boat and sea wind was hitting their faces.

Dhruv said,"It's my first time to be on a boat."

Su Yeon said,"All thanks to them!!They are so generous that even they let us to come on a trip with them." Kaya said,"Ya!!! They are really very nice." Dhruv said,"It's selfie time, girls. We are on a trip. Have some fun."

Then Dhruv said to Eun Woo, Dong Hwa, Ji Wook and Ha Won who were standing on the other side,"Come here guys. Let's make some memories to watch later." Then they all took each other's pictures and some group photos.

After one hour they reached on the island. They got out of the boat. Eun Woo said to Kaya,"Give me your bag." Kaya said,"Thanks! But I'm fine." Eun Woo nodded and let her carry her bags herself.

Meanwhile, Ji Wook, Dong Hwa, Su Yeon, Dhruv and Ha Won ran towards the house and Kaya said,"What is this?" Eun Woo said,"Oh! No!" and he also ran behind them.

Kaya stopped there and screamed,"Hey!! Can someone please tell me what's going on here?" But they didn't listen to her and entered the house quickly.

Few moments later, Kaya entered into the house and saw there luggage were lying there and she sat down on the couch in the living room. Kaya said,"Guys!! Where are you? Are you all upstairs?" No one answered and Kaya let out a sigh and went to the kitchen to drink water.

On the entering the house, there was a hallway leading to living room, dining room and kitchen which were attached, a spare empty room and a bathroom. There were stairs in hallway leading to second floor which have three rooms.

She was drinking water when everyone came downstairs and they were looking at Kaya with smiling face. Kaya said,"What? What's with this look?"

Su Yeon said,"There are just three rooms." Kaya said to Su Yeon,"No problem! Me, you and Dhruv can share a room. And they can get arranged as two - two in the rooms."

Dong Hwa said,"But we have a rule. Any room's door which you open first, then you have to spent your whole vaccation in that room, no matter whoever else is in the room."

Kaya said,"It sounds like fun. That's why you all were running." Dhruv said,"Ya!" Then Kaya looked with fierce eyes at Ha Won and Eun Woo,"You two were supposed me tell me, i think." Ha Won said,"We forgot!!"

Then Kaya said,"So according to your 'rule' I have to sleep in the living room." Eun Woo said,"Well!! Rules are rules."

Ji Wook said suddenly,"We are not going to change our rules. You also have to open the door of a room." Kaya said,"Ok! Su Yeon tell me, which one is yours?" Ji Wook said,"Go now!" Kaya gave out a big sigh and said, "Jeezzz!!..... You are really stubborn. God let me choose the best room."

Then she went upstairs with everyone; opened a door and said by looking back at them,"This one!! Are you in this Su Yeon?" Su Yeon said,"No!" Then Kaya said,"Dhruv?" Dhruv said,"No!"

Kaya said, "Who has got this room?" Eun Woo raised his hand and said while smiling widely,"Its me!!" Kaya turned beet red and to hide she let out a fake laugh, "Haha! I'm sleeping in the living room then."

Ji Wook said with a serious face, "Rules are rules. I also have to share a room with Su Yeon." Kaya said,"I have a solution. You don't have to, if you want. I mean that i want. We can switch our rooms."

Ji Wook speaking inwardly, 'Its better to share a room with Su Yeon than living in one room with this finicky and fastidious person.' Unconsciously he giggleed, but nobody noticed then he said seriously,"I don't break rules."

Kaya said,"Ahhhh!!!!! But..." Then Su Yeon spoke suddenly,"Kaya is ok with room. You guys go down and get the luggage." Kaya looked at Su Yeon with confused expression on her face and Su Yeon blinked and nodded in a yes.

Then Kaya said, "Ok! I'm in.... But i'm little curious that from where on earth do you all have have gotten these silly rules?" Ji Wook said,"I've made them."

Kaya said in a low voice,"Ahh!! I see! Amazing. Suits you." and she went inside the room while everyone went downstairs to brought the luggage to the rooms and Su Yeon said,"Can someone bring my and Kaya's luggage also." Dhruv said, "Ok!"

Su Yeon entered into Kaya's room and said, "What has happened to you?Why were you so raged outside? " Kaya said,"Don't ask. There's a lot is happening. Firstly that Sam is calling me and sending messages since past few days. I don't know what he has gotten himself into this time. And I don't want Eun Woo to bother because of my problems."

Su Yeon said,"Don't think about Sam that much. Leave him and just enjoy this trip." Kaya said while hesitating, "Uhm..Also...it.. it's becoming awkward, with Eun Woo."

Su Yeon sat down and asked with curiousty, "What's with this awkwardness and Eun Woo." Kaya said,"Ah!! It's just. See... like... uhmm... how should i say this?"

Su Yeon said,"Say it like every person says to a bestfriend."

Kaya said, "I mean last time when i was drunk and slept at his home. I slept in his room.... surely not with him. But he.. he pranked with me a little bit about that night and he was shirtless that morning coming out of his bathroom when i woke up. Then today in the car i slept on his shoulder and we were holding each other's hands when i woke up and now i have to share a room with him. I get hot, red and flushed with him around. I just don't get this stuff but all of this is just awkward, so so so so..... awkward."

Su Yeon was laughing inside, because she could clearly see and understand that what's going on between them.

She wanted to tease her but she just said, "Don't think too much. Just be a friend to him like you were with him and you will get to know everything. You will get every answer."

Kaya said, "I don't think i have any other option." Su Yeon said,"No!!!" Kaya said,"Ah!! Thanks dude."

Meanwhile Eun Woo knocked at the door, said"Can i come inside?" Kaya said,"Come! Come!" Eun Woo entered the room with his and Kaya's luggage and Kaya said,"It's your room also. You don't have to ask first."

Eun Woo said,"Ya!!" Then Su Yeon said, "Ok bye!" and she left. Eun Woo said,"So this is our room for a week." Kaya said,"Ya!! Uhmm.. Our..."

When she listened 'our room' she felt a chill all over her body but she suddenly runned towards window and said while not making eye contact with him,"I was telling that we have two different beds. You can choose any bed which you want, window side or other side."

Eun Woo said while placing his and Kaya's luggage in the cupboard in the dressing room,"You can have the window side. I will have the other one." Kaya said,"Ok!!You don't have to be that nice to me. I can place my luggage in the cupboard. I can handle things on my own."

Eun Woo said,"No,I'm not being nice. I wanted to do this." Kaya said, "Hmm!!"

Then Eun Woo sat on his bed and Kaya stood beside the window facing Eun Woo and he said, "You prayed for best room and you got the best room. We have the biggest bathroom, best view of island, a balcony, separate dressing room and separate stairs to the terrace also."

Kaya said,"Ya! I just didn't notice stairs. Don't other rooms have all this?" Eun Woo said,"Ji Wook amd Su Yeon's room have different cupboards, but no dressing room and bathroom is outside the room. And the room which Dong Hwa, Ha Won and Dhruv sharing doesn't have dressing room but room is very big and bathroom is so small."

Kaya said,"Ah!! I didn't need that much information. And why are we talking about rooms dude." Eun Woo said,"Ya!!" and then they started laughing.

Kaya said,"Ok then! Can i use the bathroom first?" Eun Woo said,"Ofcourse!"

After sometime Kaya came out of the bathroom with wet long black hair, water was dripping on the ground from her hair and she has worn a cantaloupe coloured pleated skirt with soft berry coloured half sleeved collar top; her rosy fragrance has filled the room. And Eun Woo was looking at Kaya with mouth open for a few seconds and then he said,"C... Can..Can i go to bathroom now?"

Kaya said, "Ya! Ya! I'm done!" Then Eun Woo closed the bathroom's door, her rosy fragrance which was basically her body wash and body lotion's fragrance was stronger there and it was like a spell to him.

He said while looking himself through the mirror,"Man!!! She is your friend. Don't forget your past. Don't forget the promise. Don't let these feelings come."

Later when Eun Woo came out, he saw Kaya has fallen sleep; he looked at her and sighed,"You are making me spellbind girl."

He dried his hair and also lay down for a nap.
