"[Name]!" You heard a voice call, you were still to deep in sleep to recognize it. You rolled over in bed, wrapping up in your sheets and groaned.

"Go away. I'm tired..." You groaned out, drifting back into sleep. You heard a low chuckle and someone walk towards your bed.

They knelt besides your bed. He took a strand of hair that covered your face and swept it behind your ear. You slowly opened your eyes.

"Hi Leon." You murmured.

He half smiled softly, "Good morning [Name]."

"What are you doing here?" You asked propping yourself up with your elbow.

"Cid gave me the morning off. I thought Id visit."

You frowned, "You're just visiting?"

He smirked, "Why would you rather me stay longer?"

You blushed, "Maybe..."

You bit your lip, "Why don't we do something today?"

Leon was queit as he thought about it, he stood and began to walk out. He hand lingered on the door knob.

"Get ready. We'll go somewhere."

He closed the door and you slipped out of bed to get ready.

After getting ready you walked downstairs, the TV was on and Leon was standing in the living room holding the remote.

You coughed and he turned to look at you.

You walked over to him. He flipped off the TV, "You ready?"

You nodded, "Yeah, what were you watching?"

"I was checking the football scores."

"O-Oh. So where are we going?"

He shrugged, "Where do you want to go?"

You thought then smiled, "I know."

"The library?" Leon asked curiously.

You nodded, "Uh huh. I'm looking for a book."

Fortunately he didn't ask what book.

You and him walked inside into the main room.

"Now bless my heart. Is that Leon Squallhart?" A voice cut through the silence of the room.

Leon turned to face the circulation desk, you followed his gaze.

The voice came from a lady that had a reddish-purplish aura around her. She had red hair that was graying at the roots and went to her shoulders it curled out at the ends. Her eyes were brown and she wore a pair of glasses on the bridge of her nose.

"Mrs. Hartever. It's nice to see you again." Leon nodded.

"It's been too long Squall. How have you been?" She asked, clasping her hands together.

"Fine and you?" He replied simply.

"Oh same old same old." She waved him off, "I'll let you get on your way. Nice seeing you again Squall."

He nodded and took your hand in his, leading you away.

He led you to one of the back aisles near the computers.

"L-Leon?" You asked.

He turned to look at you, only a few inches away from you.

Leon answered in his intoxicating voice, "Yes?"

While staring into his eyes the question you had in mind slipped away.

"I-I don't remember.." You murmured.

Leon chuckled lightly, then leaned forward closing the space with a kiss. With his lips on yours everything seemed perfect. The kiss deepened as he cupped your face. After another moment of bliss he pulled away. He stared at you again making you blush red. He chuckled, "Your book?"

You nodded, "R-Right.. Umm yeah."

You headed towards a computer and sat down. Leon sat in the seat besides you. Out of the corner of your eye you could see Leon's dark orange aura.

"Oh wait!" You yelled. Leon jumped slightly.

"What?"

"Im hungry." You stated.

Leon stared at you and you shook your head, "What I mean is that umm while Im looking for the book can you go find us a place to eat or something? I won't be long."

He stared at you a moment longer.

"Please?" You added.

He sighed and stood, "Alright. I'll be waiting outside when you're ready."

You smiled and nodded, "Thanks Leon."

He walked out, his hands in his pockets.

You quickly typed in 'Aura'.

Two books popped up. The first was in the fiction section and was about some girl and her best friend or something. You skipped over it and went to the second. It was in the nonfiction section, you wrote the section number on a slip of paper by the computer and went to find it.

After searching aisle after aisle you finally found it. It was a thick book, with old pages and a worn out cover. You picked it up and sat at a nearby table. You flipped it open, skipping the intro and getting straight to the information.

The rest of the paragraph seemed to go on and on about how great the Gazer's were and how very few people could see and yadda yadda blah blah. You skipped over the next few pages, your eyes locked onto a section where the title was highlighted.

Some

You stopped reading.

Took in a deep breath and re-read that paragraph.

The info didn't change.

Was it true? Could you actually...

"Namine." You whispered.

You knew her name and her Aura, and she had listened to you! This explains it all.

You skipped to the very last page, it was an advertisement for the author's other book. It was a book on Travelers and Portals. You looked for the book but to no avail.
