Adam chose not to return to the Slytherin dorm after class; instead, he remained in the classroom. Professor Sprout was gathering the textbooks when she noticed that Adam hadn't left yet. Curiously, she inquired, "Adam, what else do you need?"

"Professor, I believe Professor Dumbledore should have informed you about me," Adam responded.

"Yes, based on your performance in class, you are undoubtedly an exceptional student. However, the challenging final exam papers might pose some difficulty for you," Professor Sprout expressed her viewpoint.

She sensed Adam's eagerness to showcase his abilities, and she worried that he might end up overextending himself.

"Yes, professor, that's why I wanted to ask you some questions. The textbook doesn't provide a clear understanding," Adam admitted.

Observing Adam's determination to learn, Sprout's impression of him improved.

"What is the issue?" she inquired.

"The seven medicinal properties of fungus and the different effects of its roots, stems, and leaves have left me a bit perplexed," Adam raised his doubts.

Upon hearing Adam's question, Professor Sprout commended him, saying, "I must say, Adam, you are indeed an excellent student."

"The chapter on fungus is quite concise. You may have noticed that this plant is rare and requires minimal potion usage, hence its brief introduction in the book."

"In that case, could you enlighten me about its characteristics? While it may not be the main focus of the textbook, it is still included. Who's to say that headmaster and yourself won't include a question about it to challenge me?" Adam inquired.

"Adam, you truly don't seem like an eleven-year-old," Professor Sprout admired.

Dumbledore had informed her that he had made the herbal medicine exam papers slightly more challenging to test Adam's abilities, but she acknowledged that Adam was astute as well.

"Well, follow me to Greenhouse No. 3. I have some red British fungus cultivated there," Professor Sprout concluded as she packed her textbooks and led Adam to Greenhouse No. 3.

The first-year herbal medicine class was held in Greenhouse No. 1. However, for the second and third years, the class was moved to Greenhouse No. 3. It provided more space, a wider variety of plants, and greater potential hazards. As a safety precaution, protective gear was required in certain cultivation areas.

"Professor, is that mandrake root?" Adam pointed to a flower pot and asked.

"Yes, do not disturb them. The cry of the mandrake root can induce dizziness and even death," Sprout cautioned.

Adam nodded. The appearance of this grass resembled an unattractive doll, and its cries were deadly. However, mature mandrake roots are highly effective in treating petrification patients.

"These are the red British fungus. They thrive in dark and humid environments, so this cultivation room is specifically designed for them," Professor Sprout explained, pointing to a long row of plants resembling red celery.

She then proceeded to discuss the seven medicinal properties of the red British fungus. Adam displayed a heightened interest when Sprout spoke about the roots of the plant.

"Professor, are you suggesting that the roots of the red British fungus, when dried and ground into powder, serve as one of the ingredients for a magical restorative potion?" Adam queried.

"Yes, it's an advanced potion with a complex process and rare ingredients. I believe Professor Snape might have some in his supplies," Professor Sprout confirmed.

"Alright, so these are the seven medicinal properties of the Red British Fungus. Do you have any other questions?" Sprout asked.

"Not at the moment. If any further questions arise, I will come to you again," Adam replied.

Adam returned to the Slytherin dorm, where Cassius and Graham were seated on the sofa, enjoying their desserts. Upon seeing Adam's arrival, they greeted him promptly.

"Adam, you have to taste this. It has a flavor of a black tea."

"Really? I'll give it a try," Adam picked up a small cake and took a bite. It truly resembled the taste of black tea. The British tea culture was undeniably impressive.

"I'm planning to visit the library later. Would you like to join me?" Adam asked.

Cassius and Graham shook their heads. With classes finally over for the day, they were eager to relax and had no interest in reading.

After taking a short break, Adam made his way to the library. The high-level magic restoration potion mentioned by Professor Sprout seemed quite interesting.

During his practice of the levitation spell at the Leaky Cauldron, Adam would always feel tired just after a few attempts per day. Which he referred to as "magic fatigue," akin to the muscle fatigue experienced after a workout at the gym.

Muscle fatigue could be alleviated through rest or massage. Similarly, magic power required rest to recover. Despite Adam possessing an abundance of magical knowledge and theoretical frameworks, he needed time to translate those theories into practice.

However, his energy and magic power were limited. Although he had practiced two magical skills that day, his magical reserves were drained. Yet, numerous magical frameworks still awaited his practical application.

"I wonder if the library might contain more resources on magic recovery potions," Adam mused, though he held little hope. The library areas accessible to ordinary students primarily because it contain only regular books, and more advanced materials kept in the restricted section.

Upon entering the library, Adam spent an hour searching in the potions section. As expected, there were no books available on mana restoration potions. Consequently, he cautiously approached the restricted section.
