"I don't get it." Shao Mei was bent down and resting her hands on her knees, panting.
"What?" Luo Yating turned to her, her arm resting against a tree's trunk while her other hand rested against her knee.
"Didn't they say that they disappeared as soon as they entered?"
"Did they say it like that?"
When Luo Yating said it, Shao Mei now felt confused as to what she really heard them say. She just knows that at this very moment she was exhausted, having walked for a long time.
Luo Yating was exhausted as well but she has been trying to conserve her energy by talking less.
