Alpha Jax was so shocked that he subconsciously covered his chest that was opened by the girl. Aurora walked up to him in anger and intense jealousy. "How did she know this place?" He asked himself then turned to glare at his Beta who was standing looking perplexed.
He gave him a warning glare. Beta Rufus knew better as he quickly shut the door of the cabin. He took mental notes to deal with him later.
Alpha Jax didn't need to guess how Aurora knew where he was. He promised to deal with that fool of a Beta. But he seemed confused as to why this woman that hated him so much would come looking for him. What really happened?
Alpha Jax looked at his mate but what he saw in her eyes was pain, anger, and…extreme jealousy. He thought he saw a longing look behind those lovely eyes of hers. He must be mistaken.
