Chapter 34 Leo and Akshara’s marriage 2
The driver brings Akshara's car, and she drives it to her house.
She was a little more than a kilometer from her house.
Call me once you get home, she said before departing.
Up until the point where it is no longer in view, Leo looks Akshara's car.
Akshara arrives at her house after a short while.
I reached home," she texted Leo before getting out of the car.
Drive carefully.
He saw the text.
He was overjoyed when she texted him.
Because Akshara was aware that Leo would be concerned, she messaged him.
Leo would rather worry till she gets in touch with him than instruct her what to do.
He never commands her to do anything because he wants to free her up from all kinds of ties and responsibilities.
She removes her ring from her finger and gets out of the car.
She attaches the ring to the chain around her neck. Yes, the ring could be concealed inside her clothing, but she would still be wearing it.
She unlocks the car door.
She makes the decision to walk to the laurel plants in the garden.
The plants represent Destiny, her mother to her father, she was aware of this.
She moves around; perhaps she wanted her mother to be present on her wedding day.
She is unsure of her appearance, but according to Grandma Beatrice, she resembled her mother with the exception of her eyes.
Grandma Beatrice used to remark that when Akshara had blue eyes, Destiny used to have hazel eyes.
Everyone, including Aunt Bella and Uncle Liam, agreed that she inherited her father Ayden's blue eyes and disposition.
She ascends to the picturesque pond where Swan are circling in pairs and looks at her own face immersed in the water.
She continues, "I might have been seeing you every time I looked in the mirror, which is why I may not have genuinely wanted to see your images.
How could I possibly miss you, Mom, when you are inside of me?
She reaches out to touch her reflection in the water.
The image becomes distorted as the ripples form.
She approaches the pond and sits next to the lovely laurel plant with lovely blossoms.
She remains still for a while.
She shuts her eyes and takes pleasure in the brisk evening air.
She opened her eyes as she heard someone walking.
She calls out "Papa" thinking it is her father.
"Yeah, darling," was the reply she overheard.
She was astonished when she heard the voice.
Evan, a cousin of hers, was there.
What are you doing here, brother? she questioned.
"Are you missing your mom?" he asked.
Are you lonely?
She doesn't respond in any way.
Evan felt that chatting about her mother made her feel uneasy, so he excused himself by saying, "Well, this brother's had quite a huge nose, that's why I am inquisitive.
Check out my nose.
She chuckles as she observes him.
You didn't say anything improper, she asserts.
You are not required to make things easier.
It's the first time anyone has asked about her.
Talking to my father about my mother makes me nervous since I never know how joyful or unhappy my father will be.
I really don't talk about her with him because I feel worse for him than I do for myself.
Grandma Beatrice mentions her briefly but doesn't discuss her much in front of my father.
When it comes to my mother, it seems like everyone is keeping a secret.
Actually, I have never discussed my mum in-depth with anyone.
After spending some time alone with her thoughts, she speaks, "Well, my papa has given me everything; I never felt like I am missing my mother.
But I secretly long for her.
I want to discuss her as if it were commonplace to bring her up in conversation.
And I don't only want to talk about her because I miss her; I also want to get to know her better, like how she would have handled a particular circumstance, what her favorite foods and books are, and everything else dad knows about her.
Evan asks, "You adore her even if you don't know her.
Actually, I adore my father more than anyone else in the world, not even my mother, she says.
My mother doesn't require the affection of others since my father still adores her after all these years, even after she passed away.
Instead of diminishing over the years, his affection has grown.
My father is the person I love, respect, and care about the most.
In my life, no one comes before him.
I hope he enjoys a long and healthy life.
I also can't be conceited and question him about my mother.
She is the source of both his heart's tenderness and its pain.
Additionally, I find it to be too unpleasant when someone or something causes love and grief.
I have heard a little bit about your mother Destiny, Evan replies as he turns to face her.

Akshara interrupts her brother's speech after hearing someone walking.
She initially assumed it was her father, and indeed, it was.
What are this brother and sister talking about, he asks.
Akshara notices her father and approaches him, saying, "About Brother Evan's girlfriend."
"No uncle," he replies, turning to face her and his uncle Ayden.
She's lying.
You liar, Akshara, he shouts as he turns to face her.
Ayden and Evan follow behind Akshara as she flees.
