STB: Chapter 33

After Sayaka and Yukina were satisfied testing their weapons until dark, Alex opened a portal towards his room as it was time for a movie night with the family, it's also Yukina's last night with them since she needed to go back to her job.

"Good, you're here!" Alex's mother said, grabbing Sayaka and Yukina's arms.

"You're almost late Alex, were you having fun with the girls~" Alex's father said while wiggling his eyebrows causing Alex to glare at him.

"Hahaha! Damn right I do! Old man!" Alex said with a grin as the two shook hands while laughing.

"You two come here! It's starting!" Alex's mother said as the movie started Alex sat down between Sayaka and Yukina while his father sat down with his mother.

The next morning Alex's parents, Sayaka and I bid Yukina goodbye as she entered the car.

"Don't forget to call me Yukina-chan!" Alex's mother said while waving to her.

"Chan? When did you start calling her that?" Alex said as his mother just ignored him causing his father to laugh at him.

"What are you laughing at, old man?! You wanna go?! I'll beat your ass on smash bros next game night!" Alex said even though he acts like he never lost, he loses whenever his opponent is his father.

"Oh? Beat my ass you say? Ha! Good luck on that one" Alex's father said as he suddenly yelled.

"Ouch! What was that for!" Robert said as he looked at Anna who was glaring at Robert.

"... What?" Robert said while Anna just narrowed her eyes and turned back to Yukina.

"... Good luck... You'll need it" Alex gave his father a thumbs up and walked towards Yukina leaving his father behind who was getting scolded by Anna.

"Well, I'll just call you again or you can visit us anytime, just don't make it every day since your organization would notice"

"But I'm sure they already do!" Alex said with a laugh causing Sayaka and Yukina to shake their heads.

"Be safe okay?" Sayaka said with a smile, causing Yukina to smile also.

"I will" Yukina said, with a final wave towards his parents Yukina closed the window and said to the driver that she was ready to go.

As Alex, Sayaka, and his parents looked at the car disappear from their vision, his parents entered the house leaving Alex and Sayaka behind.

"So is the company ready?" Alex asked her about the business he'd told her.

"Building and employees are ready, just need the product to be put on the market and everything is set" Hearing this Alex nods.

"That's good, I'm already done with the automated storage ring runenology, I've also added a feature to prevent thieves abusing it, maybe I'll assign Astarte to manage that" Alex thought of creating more homunculus to run his business, as Sayaka is his personal assistant so she needs to stay beside him.

"I'll create more homunculus to help out the business and make them run for me" Sayaka wears her eyeglasses and wrote down what Alex said

"Feature? Also are storage rings you're just going to sell?" Alex shook his head.

"Yep, a feature I've added at the last minute, you know how the storage ring works with intent right? Well if the ring senses a malicious intent then it won't work and would deactivate itself for a whole day, cool right? Also I can create smartphones much more advanced than today's technology. How about that?" Sayaka pondered for a bit before replying.

"That might improve the current technology, but I'm sure you'll be using runenology right?" Alex just grinned at her before replying.

"Of course! I'll use that to my advantage to make the people living on the Itogami Island rely on my runenology leaving the old relic that they call technology"

"They'll rely so much that the Itogami island would prosper because of it and like I've planned in the beginning I'll reveal myself as the owner of the company and also the 4th progenitor" Alex smiled at Sayaka who just shook her head while writing his plans.

While Sayaka was helping Astarte and Anna prepare for lunch, Alex went to his lab to do some research.

"Hmm, I can't seem to find it in books, let's try it on the internet" Alex booted up his old laptop and searched for the Arthurian legends.

"A piece of metal that they proclaim came from Arthur's Excalibur you say?" Seeing this Alex grins as he checks where the artifact is located.

"UK huh... Well I'll ask Sayaka about this one, as much as I want to go there now I can't..." Alex also searched for other artifacts he could find that weren't under custody by the other progenitors.

But he was disappointed at very few that he could find, Alex couldn't find other artifacts from the myths of the parallel world he came from with the only exception being the Arthurian legends.

His biggest find so far was the piece of the Excalibur once King Arthur wielded. Then Alex heard his mother call him, he closed his laptop and headed downstairs.

As Alex made a design for his future magical heritages Alex saw the door open revealing Sayaka who was carrying a tray of snacks.

"You're working on something?" She asked, causing Alex to nod.

"Yeah, I'm working on Vlad's sisters" Sayaka placed the tray on his table.

"I see, will you be selling magical heritage too?" Alex chuckles as he shakes his head.

"No I won't, but I'm going to scatter it across the world, it will be my information network, plus the person who has it will get tempted by the power it has" Alex said as he looked at Sayaka.

"You're not afraid it will be used against you?" Hearing this Alex laughed as Vlad manifested herself on Alex's lap.

"That won't be possible" Vlad said, causing Sayaka to raise her eyebrows at Alex at the position Vlad was in.

"Hey! It's not my fault she likes it on my lap" Alex shrugs.

"What do you mean by that?" Sayaka asked Vlad, ignoring Alex, causing him to shake his head. It looks like he's going to discipline Sayaka again in bed.

Suddenly Sayaka felt cold for some reason and looked at Alex smiling at her but looked back at Vlad.

"Master made us loyal to him, plus he can manifest us even if the magical heritage was on the other side of the world" Vlad said as he patted her head Alex grinned at Sayaka.

"Hear that Sayaka? Looks like I'm going to have the best information network" Alex said as Vlad supported him.

"Master is going to have the best information network in the world, I'm going to make sure of that" Vlad said, causing Sayaka to shake her head.

A girl with silver hair and red eyes manifests beside Sayaka.

"I'm going to help master too, sister" Kouka said in a monotone voice, causing Vlad to nod her head proud at the loyalty of her sister.

"Good!" Vlad said with a smile.

As the two magical heritage talked to each other Alex looked at Sayaka who was sitting on the sofa drinking orange juice.

"Hey Sayaka, can you prepare a private plane for us?" Alex looked at Sayaka while spinning the pen in his hand.

"Private plane? Do you even need a plane?" She tilted her head confused why Alex needed a plane.

"Of course I need it, I can't open a portal to the places I haven't been before" Alex shrugs, causing Sayaka to ponder.

"I see, I can get us a plane. Where do you even want to go?" Sayaka asked.

"That's good! Pack your things Sayaka" Alex looked at her with a grin while Sayaka had a confused look on her face.

"Cause we're going to the place where King Arthur's sword is!" Hearing this caused Sayaka to freeze.

"Well, a fragment of the sword" Alex corrected.

"... HUH?!"
