"You can stay in the village for some time, but I advise you to not go in the forest."

"Dangerous animals live there.", the elderly man said and quickly left.

On the other side, Su Chen was currently laying in the shade of a tree just outside the village, quietly waiting for the players.

Some minutes later, a group of four players passed by.

Even if the NPCs told them not to go outside, how would the players listen to him?

Seeing them leave, a smile appeared on Su Chen's face.

As he knew that the players were going to arrive, he had already made some plans.

Since he was an NPC, it would make sense that he would be able to issue missions, right?

So, Su Chen decided to pretend to be a mysterious hidden NPC and make the players his lackeys.

Half an hour later, the team of four returned to him, with four bags filled with animal bodies.

"Twelve rabbits and and twenty squirrels, here is your money.", Su Chen said as he threw 160 coppers to them.
