Feeding

Eisha headed down for breakfast. Her mind was blown away by the Darkness.

She was still wrapping her mind around the fact that he was dead. The fact that he could kill someone with just a brush of his hand blew her mind away.

Aldrin was waiting for her at the end of the stairs. The moment he saw her, his eyes glowed as though he was looking at her for the first time.

Eisha felt like she was floating. Down the stairs her steps were uneven. She tried to be brave and act unfazed by his presence and his eyes but it was too hard to deny how much he affected her.

"Hey, you," Aldrin greeted nervously.

He couldn't keep his heart from racing. Trying to be composed and show her that he had everything under control. And the moment his eyes locked with hers, all the control he had went out the window.

"Hello," Eisha uttered sweetly. She was more than pleased to see that she wasn't the only one who was nervous. "You look good," she complimented him.
