Chapter 110: The Hunt Begins

"Lady Ai Er, unidentified fleet detected ahead. Radar link established, analysis complete. Fleet composition as follows."

"T4 ships: 42; T3 ships: 130, including one battleship, one carrier, eight destroyers, and thirty-two escort ships. Remaining T3 vessels unclassified."

As the video connection opened, Ai Er's striking face appeared on the Demon fleet's screen, sparking shock among the crew members. Many of them had witnessed Ai Er's rebellion six years ago. Back then, this young general had led a T3 fleet, inflicting massive losses with a remarkable 17-to-1 kill ratio, ultimately destroying eight T4 ships. Despite losing the battle and retreating, her prowess as a commander had left a lasting impact, particularly on those who had faced her firsthand—among them, Silund, the captain promoted for his efforts in that battle.

"Ai Er Plan! You're alive? You, who betrayed the Demon Lord and turned your back on his benevolence toward your clan, you're the shame of the Demon System!"

Silund shouted, visibly rattled as memories of her precise, merciless tactics resurfaced. Ai Er responded with a cold smile.

"Benevolence? How much of my clan did Lawrence use to indulge his twisted pleasures? How many of our women did he toy with and trade away? I turned against him for that very reason. I'm not the Demon System's shame—I'm here to bring its destruction!"

Silund's face fell. "This isn't a trade; you're here for revenge! But look at you, Ai Er—your fleet of T3 and T2 ships doesn't stand a chance! You won't even scratch our shields! Ha!"

Silund laughed, seemingly to bury the fear that lingered from his past encounter with her. Ai Er's expression, however, remained composed. She had waited far too long for this moment.

"It's time, Commander," Ai Er ordered, her voice laced with a chilling resolve.

"Understood, my dear Succubus Queen," Feng Mo responded, his voice playful but laced with a seriousness Ai Er understood well. He knew she had endured enough, and now, the full strength of the Storm System stood behind her to finish what she had started.

The Mello Sisters, unable to contain their own thirst for vengeance, gave the order without hesitation:

"Scorpion Tail bombers, full ammunition unload. Target all T4 ships. Fire!"

In position, the four cloaked T4 Scorpion Tail stealth bombers unleashed their payload, targeting the exact coordinates of the Demon fleet. Simultaneously, two T4 bio-ships emerged from the asteroid belt, taking up defensive positions around Ai Er's flagship as Feng Mo had commanded, to ensure her protection above all else.

The Scorpion Tail bombers began their assault, launching hundreds of disruptor missiles that hammered the enemy's shields, followed by proton torpedoes that shredded through the weakened defenses. Then came the kinetic beam missiles that tore into hulls, antimatter missiles to obliterate ships entirely, and pulsed torpedoes for cleanup—a meticulously orchestrated barrage of destruction.

Inside Silund's battleship, alarms blared as the attack unfolded, catching him off-guard.

"Alert! All T4 ships targeted. Shields at maximum power! Close-range defense guns engaging. Orders, sir?"

The frantic voices of his officers left Silund disoriented; he had never faced T4 stealth bombers before and had no tactics prepared. His crew scrambled, but it was already too late—the missiles were nearly upon them.

Explosions erupted across the Demon fleet as shields shattered, hulls disintegrated, and chaos spread through their ranks. Entire sections of ships went dark, vents billowed debris, and fire filled the once-dark space with bursts of red-orange light.

Only a handful of the most heavily armored vessels, including Silund's Vulture-class battleship, managed to survive the initial onslaught by sheer fortitude.

"Alert! Shields are down, all energy depleted!"

"Left hull breached in three areas! Sealing thirteen adjacent compartments!"

"Right hull breached in four areas! Sealing seventeen compartments!"

"Main and auxiliary guns offline. Orders?"

"Orders?!" Silund shouted, panic clear in his voice. His radar showed that thirty-three of the forty-two T4 ships were gray, signaling total loss—all in a single strike. Silund felt the full weight of the Demon Lord's inevitable wrath, knowing he would face punishment for these losses.

If he could make it back alive, that is.

"Check the engines!" he ordered desperately.

"Engines operational, ready for travel!"

"Then retreat! Now!"

From his vantage point, Feng Mo watched Silund's flagship attempting to flee. A flagship abandoning its fleet was a rare sight, a spectacle in itself.

"Charge the quasi-T5 particle cannon. Target their flagship. Let's see what this cannon can do," he ordered, a smile playing on his lips.

"And order both Boxer missile ships to perform triple barrages on their T3 fleet. All T4 ships, enc

ircle and annihilate them. Leave no survivors."

"Yes, sir!"
