Gotta keep this info down somewhere... I have plenty of notebooks and journals for this kind of stuff, it helps in case of memory loss. I think I have nearly 100 journals on Cobalt so far... I only have a few Crimson journals... I'm getting sidetracked.

I wonder if Mordova knew about these beings... hell, I wonder if Crimson did.

Whatever... what was I going to do?

I think I was going to look into SP a little more and find a counter for Soul magic, but I don't think I really have a way to counter that right now... my best option is probably to test a crafting style that I haven't really implemented yet. I brought it up a while ago, binding souls to items.

That actually might have the secondary affect of fixing my soul problem, or there is a chance this type of crafting wont be compatible with me considering said problem. Either way it's worth a look into considering Prine's gear... souls are really difficult to gather and it's abilities certainly reflect that. There are also ' Soul Augments ', so I want to see what kind of difference that makes.

Now... I just need to get souls. How do I do that? I don't exactly have experience with Soul Magic unlike nearly every other type... I can only assume I need to kill living beings, but what kind? At what point does something have a soul? Maybe they will have something on the player market...

I swear I heard of these before... I'm pretty sure people used to try and ' Socket ' them into items to boost stats and such, I don't think it worked though considering the fact they are being sold for literal coppers. There isn't even any Filled Large Soul Gems... geez, this is a fragment of the past huh.

Scarab, my ever positive secretary appeared from a shimmer of light, it buzzed around with it's sparkly wings and showed of it's shiny Stygian Bronze body. He is much larger now, about the size of... two hands maybe. It should be ready for Nano-Crafting, at least for a pair of swords.
