Clan Patriarch's residence.

Thunder Lion Mansion.

The patriarch's residence is situated in the central area of the Thunder Lion Mansion beside the Clan meeting hall. As the head of the clan the patriarch's residence is huge with decorations and golden lights to show the grandeur of the clan. Only the patriarch and his first two sons were allowed inside the hall without any permission.

In the innermost room of the building, where the cultivation room is present, A tall and medium burly man with blue hair is sitting on the floor in the basic meditation posture with his eyes closed. As he opened his eyes suddenly all the air surrounding him seemed to be compressed. He let out a mouthful of turbid air and stood up exiting the room.

"Father, did you succeed in break through?"

A young man with short blue hair and blue eyes and who resembled the man opposite asked expectantly.

Yes, The man opposite was the patriarch of the clan 'Leonhardt Miller' and the young man beside him is his second son 'Theon Miller'.

Leonhardt nodded to his son slightly and sat on the big chair in the center of the hall with a huge table in front of him.

"Great, our clan has one more Rank 8 Star Knight. "

Theon congratulated him with smile.

"Master Patriarch, Elder Kyle requested to meet you."

A servant came to the door and bowed to Leonhardt respectfully.

"Elder Kyle? Has the awakening ceremony finished? Let him in."

Leonhardt was sitting in front of the table not knowing what he was thinking.

An old man walked into the room .The old man was wearing golden rimmed glasses. He was the same old man who awakened star power to the children in the clan. Although he is just a Rank 3 Star Knight he is well respected in the clan and was conferred the title of elder because of his theoretical knowledge and wisdom. His name is Kyle Winston.

"Patriarch!" Kyle saluted Leonhardt slightly and sat on the chair opposite and nodded his head to Theon as a greeting.

"How are the talents of the children this year Elder Kyle?" Leonhardt nodded and asked him.

"Congratulations to the patriarch for breakthrough!" Kyle replied without responding to his question.

"It is indeed Elder Kyle with his keen observation."

Leonhardt smiled at him gently while waiting for his response.

"The talents of children this year are good compared to last five years since Theon awakened. There are four particularly talented children."

"Oh? There are four children who could get into your eyes, Elder Kyle? Who are they?"

"All of them have more at least six star bloodline patriarch. I invited them to come here."

"More than six star bloodline? Are you joking Elder Kyle? Only five people awakened bloodline above six stars in the past decade."

Theon exclaimed in disbelief. He had awakened the standard clan natal spirit Desolate Lion Axe along with Lightning attribute with a seven star bloodline. He is now a Rank 2 intermediate Star Knight. Although having seven star bloodline indicates potential to reach Rank 7 Star Knight, it is not a definite thing. But with the clan's resources he can definitely become a Rank 7 Star Knight before age of 40.

Now there are more talented people with hope to reach Rank 7 Star Knight he was happy and at the same time curious to see the children who might be as talented as him.

Leonhardt also thought so and waited to see those children who could get appreciated by Elder Kyle.

Two boys and a girl entered the room and saluted the patriarch.

"Patriarch!"

Leonhardt nodded to them. "Introduce yourselves."

"Sect Master, my name is Levyn Miller."

The arrogant boy stepped forward.

Elder Kyle mentioned his star power attributes.

"Lightning attribute, Desolate Lion Sword -Seven star bloodline."

"Not bad, work hard to cultivate."

Leonhardt knew him as he was his brother's son.

Theon also recognized Levyn as almost all the people of the clan's direct lineage knew each other.

Leonhardt introduced the other boy and girl.

"Where is the fourth person, Elder Kyle?" Leonhardt questioned.

Max entered the patriarch's mansion as he looked around and was amazed by the decorations and furniture all of those which were made from gold and diamonds. In this world where strength is the king all jewelry and other materialistic treasures were not that important. Of course only people with strength or status are qualified to possess them.

Max walked further as he was curious how his 'Father' looked like. He walked into the hall in the center where he saw a man with strong build on the big chair with two people one young, one old sitting opposite two him along with two boys and a girl standing aside.

He recognized the old man and the three people standing aside. He looked toward the strong man as he guessed who he was.

As he looked towards them Leonhardt also looked at him. He was stunned at the sight of a familiar face. Although he never saw Max he instantly recognized him with his blood connection and also because of his face familiar to Elora. A face he could never forget.

Theon also had a sense of similarity with Max.

Kyle watched Leonhardt's face turn cold. He was puzzled but asked Max to introduce himself.

"I am Max Miller."

Max said calmly with a hint of indifference.

Theon's face also became cold when he heard the name. For him Max was the reason for his mother's death. He already hated him a little. So when he saw the way he spoke to his father he made a move against him wanting to teach him lesson

"Bold! How dare you disrespect the patriarch."

Theon ran towards Max and threw a punch at him. Max and dodged the punch easily with agile and nimble footwork.

Everyone including Theon himself looked at Max with astonishment. You have to know that Theon is a Rank 2 intermediate star knight even though he did not use star power, it was not something a just awakened child who does not know how to use star power can resist.

Kyle also looked at this in surprise. He did not know why Theon cast a lethal attack at Max as the punch could have easily made a seven year old child who has just awakened his star power seed, lie down in bed for at least a few months.

"Enough!"

Leonhardt shouted at Theon who had stepped aside still glaring at Max.

"Sect master, this boy awakened dark attribute and a natal spirit called 'Black Moon Blades' with nine star bloodline."

Kyle mentioned as Theon summoned his moon blades.

When Kyle mentioned the word nine star the entire hall was quiet. They could not believe what they had just heard.

Even Leonhardt looked at him in surprise that was well hidden but the hands that were clenched on the armrest betrayed him.
