The Note
In the Ziviel Kingdom, Thress returned stressed out of his bones.
He banged the door just before he entered his own chambers and that was the signal telling Mabli that something was hugely wrong with him — again.
She took note and warned herself to tread carefully. Mabli was in no mood to role play that day and she knew that was one of the things that usually eased Thress' stress.
What must have made him this way? Mabli wondered. She wished that he saw her before having that meeting with the officials and nobles of the kingdom. Now, they had left him in this state and she was the one that was going to be at the receiving end.
Mabli hated her life.
"My King," she mused as he strutted deeper into the room.
He was even squinting as if he was not seeing the environment clearly enough.
Mabli was not surprised at how he was acting. This was what happened whenever that confused and evil spell came upon him.
