Dicker's eyebrows shot up in astonishment, and he couldn't help but comment on the unfolding phenomenon. "It seems like your body has some remarkable abilities. Looks like you need to understand this fully and figure out what it means."

Ace looked at Rick Dicker, a mix of curiosity and uncertainty in his eyes. "So, what happens now? I mean, now that I have these... superpowers?"

Rick Dicker took a seat across from him, placing a folder of documents on the bedside table. "Firstly, we'll conduct some tests to understand the extent of your abilities. It's crucial to grasp what you can do and how to control it."

Ace nodded, absorbing the information.

"Once we have a clearer picture," Rick continued, "We'll work on training and guidance. Your father, being a former superhero, can offer valuable insights. We want to ensure you can use your powers responsibly and effectively."

Ace thoughtfully considered Rick's words, realizing that his life was taking in another unexpected turn.

"Wait my dad? A superhero?"Ace eyes widened in shock.

Rick nodded. "Yes, and he had a significant impact during his time as a hero. It runs in the family, it seems."

Ace sat there, trying to process this revelation. "I had no idea..."

Rick Dicker offered a supportive smile. "It's a lot to take in, I understand. When he visits you in the hospital, you can talk to him about it. Your father has a wealth of experience, and he can provide guidance as you navigate this new chapter in your life."

"In the meantime," Rick added, "the NSA will handle the necessary arrangements for your school, and we'll assist you in navigating the challenges that come with having these abilities. You're not alone in this, and we're here to help you every step of the way."

Just as they delved into further details, Rick's phone suddenly rang, breaking the focused silence. He apologized and glanced at the caller ID, recognizing the urgency. "I'm sorry, I need to take this," he said to Ace.

With a nod of understanding, Ace replied, "No problem, Uncle Rick. I appreciate your time."

Rick excused himself and stepped out of the hospital room, closing the door behind him. As he answered the call, his voice became hushed and focused. The conversation on the other end seemed to require his immediate attention.

Once the door closed behind the government agent, Ace couldn't help but feel a sense of curiosity about his own situation. He waited for Rick Dicker to be sufficiently far away, then glanced around the room to ensure he was alone.

"Uhmm... System are you there?" Ace called out but nothing happened.

"Status?"

As Ace said this word a silver panel appeared in front of him. He was surprised and impressed by how detailed it is.

"Woah!"

"I-I really have a system!!" Ace exclaim as he look at silver panel, a look of amazement, shock, and even excitement were all mixed into his various facial expressions.

Ace lay down to his bed and after taking a few minutes to calm down his racing heart, he analyze his status panel and focus his thoughts on the Race section.

[ Metahumans: A Metahuman is a human being who has a Meta-Gene, a genetic mutation which when activated can give them super-human abilities ]

"Meta-Gene?? Is it like the X-Gene in the Marvel Universe."Ace murmured.

Ace then focus on the other sections to check his status.

[ Superhuman Body: The host strength and agility stand far above those of the average human, allowing the host to lift nearly 10 tons and to leap and move at incredible speeds with high accuracy. The host also heals faster than normal when injured, though you are not completely immune to viruses and other human ailments. ]

"So basically I have an enhanced body and can even lift up something up to 10 tons... Cool." Ace said in amazement.

[ Technique mimicry: The user can replicate the techniques of those whom they've fought against or witnessed in the heat of a battle ]

[ Devour: The ability to devour unique items and assimilate or enhanced the host abilities ]

"So this is the skill that the system use to assimilate Spider powers to this my body."

"Technique mimicry?? Isn't this one of Garou's ability??" 

[ Atomic Density Manipulation: It is a superpower that is centered around manipulating atoms, allowing the host to reshape matter and heal minor wounds. The host is also able to manipulate atoms into portals that allowed the host to teleport himself and others from place to place. ]

"Is this also my dad's power? I should ask him when he's here."

Ace then focus on the Assimilated abilities section to know its information.

[ Organic web: you have grown spinnerets in your forearms that terminates small pores at the junction of your wrist. By pressuring down with your middle and ring fingers into your palm, it causes the pore to open and the spinnerets eject the organic spider silk ]

[ Wall Crawling: The host skin has a "barbed' scopulae hairs that allows the host to cling to surfaces. ]

"I have the same organic web and wall crawling ability like Tobey Maguire's Spidermans version huh."

Ace then check his other skills.

[ Hypersense: The power to move extremely fast when danger is being perceived ]

"Hypersense? Its not Spidersense... well its understanding because the spidersense precognitive ability is connected to the Web of Life and Destiny."

[ Appendage Generation: It allows the host to generate four spider legs at his back that can be use to support the host. ]

"So this is the ability why I had spider legs on my back earlier"

[ Talons: A retractable talons that can be use for climbing walls and rendering substances as durable as cinderblock ]

[ Fangs: The user have an enlarged canine teeth (fangs) that can be retracted which can secrete paralyzing venom ]

"Talons and fangs?? Miguel O'hara's powers??"

Ace tried to see his talons as he looked down on his right hand and channelled his will to bring his talons out as it chipped out in existence.

Ace observed his talons carefully. Sharp. Brushing his finger against it, he watched his blood drop to the ground. He didn't even feel the sensation of the cut, it was that sharp. He poked the talons inside the wall to the side, and though he felt some resistance it still pierced through easily. 

'It's dangerously sharp.' Ace thought as he marveled at the talons that had manifested as a result of his newfound powers. Lost in fascination, he didn't notice the door opening. As he examined the sharp appendages, a voice broke his concentration.

"Those look pretty sharp," a familiar voice remarked.

Ace head snapped up in surprise to find his father, standing in the doorway with a smile. He hadn't realized that his father had entered the room.

"Dad!" he exclaimed, a mix of shock and joy in his voice.

Derick approached, still eyeing the claws. "Quite the upgrade, huh?" he teased, a twinkle in his eye.

Ace looked at his father with a newfound appreciation, the realization sinking in that his family had a history of extraordinary abilities. "I didn't know... I mean, you were..."
