The Deal

'Huh, where am I and what happened, wait didn't I get knocked out by that old man before even explaining my proposal' a little snake woke up within a jar obviously confused, but before he could make out what happened an old voice broke his thoughts.

"Oho, you finally woke up good, well then how was your little nap?"

'Wait, aren't you that old man' remembering something the snake suddenly started talking frantically, ' Wait, wait don't kill me yet I didn't even get to start my proposal'

" Well, you don't need to, I already know what your proposal Is going to be about, so I want to change a few things before accepting"

Answering in a skeptical tone the snake said ' And what are the 'few things'?'

" Well you just have to enter a master-servant relationship," the old man said as if it was something normal.

'What no, why would I make that brat my master. I am a Sun Devouring Serpent' obviously made the snake seemed to have forgotten who was more weight in the conversation.

"Hm, don't let your pride get over you and remember who here has more weight, after all, I used to eat your kind for lunch, when I was younger" hearing the snake the old man responded in an indifferent tone.

The snake closed his eyes and started thinking about what the old man said, 'Shit, the old man seemed to be stronger than I thought, or he is a professional con-man, well whatever I'm just going to accept it, for now, it's not like there aren't any techniques to break the pact.'

"Don't get down, everyone makes mistakes, but all I will say about the Jar is that it is a surprise."

Hearing those words Alex's mode got better, after all, surprises are always good right?

Hearing the growl Maxwell laughed and said: "Haha, okay okay let's stop chattering here and go".
