I was sitting on the chair and gulping down the drink. If it hadn't been the people I would have killed that doctor.

Ashwariya was talking or I could say laughing at what that doctor was saying. And this was making my blood boil in anger. Her charming smile and melodious laughter should only belong to me.

In this three days I have figured out my feelings toward Ashwariya. It was more than liking. Something that I didn't have control over and that has grown in my heart at speed pace.

I am already confirmed that it's love or what could it be else? The feeling that you could overturn anything for a person. The feeling that you could lay down your whole damn lífe for that person. The feeling of which doesn't have any end. Only love has the power to make a person to do that!

In my college days, I used to avoid having any girlfriend because if you don't have a future with them then what is the point of dating anyone. But after meeting her there is a flip in my heart.

That day when she cried , I felt like my whole world felt apart. I wanted to rip that person into pieces. But alas I couldn't do anything. And now I just could watch her having chit chat with that doctor.

"Son, the way your hand is fisted it will surely end up being hurt!" My father aka Asher Knight disturbed my thoughts. I unclenched my fist and sighed.

"Where were you zone out?" He said again.

" No where!" I quickly replied and stood. The anchor announced that it was the time for couple dance and that doctor finally chose to live. Even my sister left the scene. I went toward her and asked for her hand for the dance.

" But I don't know how to dance!" She said

"Just follow the rhythm and me" I said and took her to dance floor. There is no way I could let her dance with anyone. And my sister was also dancing with that doctor. If he had dared to dance with Ashwariya I don't know what I would have done.

"So isn't it's easy!" I said, attempting to start a conversation but she just hummed.

"So, how are your days going?" I asked trying to start a conversation.

"Fine and how is your days going?" She asked and I replied that they are going well. And again silence engulfed us. I sighed because I didn't know any other way to engage her in conversation. After dancing she left and disappeared somewhere.

My eyes tried to search her but I couldn't and then I was dragged into conversation with some businessman and I found one of them interesting. So I gave him my business card and told him to contact me later. Although he has just started his business but I could see a future of his company as his ideas were great. Then I went to grab a drink but the scene made my blood boil in anger

There was a man who was misbehaving with Ashwariya and was not leaving her hand. Before I could do anything I saw that she griped his hand with her free hand and twisted and folded it to his back and made him kneel. It took her fraction of minute to that. And they were in the corner so they weren't visible to anyone else.

"Don't be in the illusion that every girl is a doll. Some are strong far more than your imagination!" She said and pushed him to the ground and he fell down with the yelp.

When I went near it, I saw that it was Mr Emmerson. One of my business associates. I saw him getting up and cleaning his suit. I went near him and cleared my throat to catch his attention.

"Oh, Mr Knight!" He exclaimed and came near me. I took hold of his hand that Ashwariya had gripped and he hissed in pain.

"Touching a woman without her permission is the vilest behaviour! And always remember this" I said and left him there.

Finally after three hours the party was over and I headed home. I really wanted to say bye but to my dismay that she already left. Now there is the only aim in my life and that is to make Ashwariya to fall in love with me. And I pray to God to favour the results in my side. Because I can't force her to have feelings for me. Only I could try my best and pray to Jesus.
