I stood there next to my only friend, looking at the door. These goods would determine if I live or not. Why the fuck did I have to go to that ally way that night? That ally way will forever be a reminder of the day I made a deal with the devil himself.
As my brain tried to analyze where I went wrong all these years,it couldn't find a single fault. I've been to church every single Sunday of my life, I've never wronged anyone unless they deserved it so why me? Why did I have such bad karma?
Suddenly the bell that was hung above the tinted brown glass door with intricate designs on the light brown wooden frame rang. It was time,he walked in,his footsteps rang in my ears,my heart decided to become even louder, making me fear that the devil might hear my scared heartbeat. His cold aura filled the room, making the air thick.
No one would think this handsome man could be a devil. With his raven black hair and emerald green eyes mixed with his milky skin tone and the way his red and black velvet suit hugged his body,any woman or even man would fall at his feet. Soon he was in front of me. His cold green eyes staring into my soul. His authority over me made my blood boil and before I could snap I came back to my senses,this guy was the devil's reincarnation,the most feared mafia boss,this man was Ace Romano.
Ace ran his fingers through his silky hair, looking impatient,then it hit me! He was here for the cocaine!
Blissima's P.O.V
It all happened at the speed of light. A man with a cold aura entered the library. Katelyne slowly, with shaky hands got the bags from me and gave one to the man, he took a knife and took some of the powder from the bag. Everyone became tense at that moment.The man gave Katelyne an evil smirk.
"Do you think I'm stupid?I've been a mafia boss for a year and you think I don't know the difference between aspirin and cocaine"He said in a low,deep voice.
Katelyne was about to speak but then he said
"Kill this bitch"
Katelyne's face turned pale.
"Take her instead,she is great at working. She can be your slave,she's also a virgin so she could be valuable in bed. You can do anything you want to her and since she has a quiet personality she won't say anything"Katelyne said frantically.
My face turned ten times paler than katelyne's. How could she say that. She was my first and only friend and she has decided to give me up to the Italian Mafia,the fucking mafia,no girl I know that ended up there came back home alive,or intact for that matter.
I fell down to my knees, begging Katelyne not to do this. Tears started falling from my eyes, making them red. Katelyne looked down at me,at that moment I saw all her humanity leave her. What was left was a monster. Was that the real her? She looked back up at the mafia boss.
"So do you want her or not?"Katelyne asked
"Yes, but her price isn't worth as much as cocaine on the black market you see? So I'll need two of your fingers to cover the cost,"he stated calmly while analyzing me.
She nodded in understanding as three men in black came towards her with a really sharp dagger. I shut my eyes tightly,waiting for Katelyne to scream in pain. When nothing happened after a few seconds,I opened my eyes and saw one of the men in black walk toward the mafia boss,he passed a silver ring with a dark blue crystal. It was Katelyne's ring. I quickly looked at Katelyne's fingers and all of them were intact.
Katelyne's P.O.V
My fingers were saved. Belissima might be more valuable than I thought.
"Thanks for the gift Katelyne Rovella, really appreciate it. See you next week, with REAL COCAINE" Ace said .
"Yes sir," I said in the most polite way I could, trying not to tackle this man to the ground and beat him to a pulp.
Ace turned around and walked towards the entrance.His men grabbed Belissima and followed. Their figures retreated into a black SUV,which quickly sped off into the sunset
I almost felt sorry for the poor thing,till I remembered that bitch is the reason Antonio broke up with me. He foolishly fell for her and she broke the poor bastard's heart by rejecting him.
