Peak Master Chu led everyone to a big hall inside the Purple Cloud Palace. There were eight chairs placed in an arc-shaped pattern with a big table in front. Maybe it's better to say seven chairs because the eighth one was thrown in the corner of the hall and was collecting dust.

Lei Kongming looked at the eighth chair collecting dust and started having bad premonitions, but before he could think further, Peak Master Chu directly sat on a chair in the center and asked them, "I believe every one of you knows that you have to select a peak when you enter the inner sect, right?"

Lei Kongming did not respond to any of the calls, and soon he was left standing with two other people.
