Not giving anytime for Anan to prepare I loaded, aimed, and shot. Now I might seem like an idiot but I knew the difference between an experienced slug and a random, was that they knew what to do when they were fired. My plan for the next little while was to train our coordination and that was by randomly selecting one of the team loading aiming and firing. With the sound going off I watched as he sailed through the air, Anan quickly reached 100 mph and transformed. With a grunt he pulled his arms in and crashed into the boulder like one might cannonball into a pool. With a rumbling crash he broke the boulder apart. Next was Kush, honestly we were having difficulties. You see when someone picks up a Rammstone to be apart of their team the Rammstone is oftentimes the muscle of said team, however Anan was an Armashelt. A steel slug, and one that was extremely durable. Now don't misunderstand me Kush is a really strong slug, he has all the right qualities to improve and be one of my best slugs… just not with the mindset that he had right now. The big reason we were having trouble was, he constantly competed with Anan. Now some competition is good, great even… but it wasn't some competition. He literally trained until he dropped and tried to up stage Anan. As he shot from the barrel instead of laying down a steady rock rain he went in head first, like Anan. Seeing this I groaned. He slammed into the ground infront of the ten large rocks and only hit into six of them before coming to a stop.
Sighing at the sight I walked over to Lush and picked him up, then made my way over to Anan. After I had both of them I set them down on RB-6 and folded my arms across my chest.
"Alright, I've had enough of this!" I pointed a Kush "You need to understand somethings mister," at my tone he flinched back and avoided eye contact. Seeing this I sighed "hey, Kush." He looked up hesitantly. "Do you know why I got you for my team?" The slug looked up at me and shook his head. "Well I need someone who's a little more versatile then just ram, bam, and slam," at this point I gestured to Anan, "that's Anan's job. He's the brute force of our team, you" this time I poked him in the chest, "are our wild card, when I fire off a Rammstone what are people going to think? I'll tell you what, they'll think, oh it's a Rammstone it's going to just dove in head first," Kush looked at me with confusion but was nodding along. "So what are they going to do when you fight smart rather than brute force it?" I could see the slow dawning in the slug's eyes, at this point Anan was grinning. Reaching up and back he delivered a resounding back slap and said somethings to Kush. The little guys eyes filled with determination and he nodded clasping… hands? Like a pair of anime rivals. Smiling at the sight I felt a little tension, that had been building up since the beginning of the whole series of problems, finally relax. Picking up my two slugs I loaded Kush. "Ready to slug smarter, and not harder?" I got a joyful chirp in response, causing my smile to just grow bigger. "Good!" I shouted and fired. "It's time we really picked up the training!" And with that Kush transformed and preformed rock rain distroying a long stretch of ground.
