The spirit code is a treaty between the various werewolf packs and it's supposed to serve as a reminder that on no account should an Alpha go against his brother. For years passed and, the Alpha of the Crescent moon pack lived as a faithful devotee to the ordinances despite the hollow he carried in his heart. He had not found his mate and if the prophecies were right, then he might never find his mate! On a special visit to a co-Alpha's pack, Alpha Oliver meets a girl and immediately recognizes her as his mate but the treaty between the pack would be an obstruction to his happiness. He did what nobody expected, he kidnapped his mate and he might not be ready to pay for the consequences of that one action. CHAPTER EIGHTEEN?

Greyson's pov

Maggie looked scared but I'd say she looked more terrified than scared. She seemed to be panicking after I told her all that had happened to Julian at the gym while we were training until he fell and went unconscious.

"I really hope he's okay, I'm so scared. I feel like I caused this'' she said while grabbing her fingers and wrinkling them tightly in her grip. She was definitely panicking and I had to do something to calm her down.

I took her hand so she'd stop fidgeting and it made her look at me. She looked like she was about to cry and her eyes were full of so much fear. It was either she was shit scared for Julian or she already cared about him that much. Well, we were only going to figure that out if we succeeded in waking him up.
