Silas Superbia

Silas was born with overwhelming beauty, others even comparing him to the second coming of Lucifer. Growing up in such an environment changed Silas in the worse ways for angels. Arrogance, haughtiness, and indifference everything a angel shouldn't have. The Heavenly Father thought to give Silas a warning to make him return to a righteous path. But Silas was to far gone so the Heavenly Father punished him with the sin of Pride and sent him to hell, where his journey begins. Author Notes- I want to create a story where it's exciting and comfortable. So I'll try my best to write a story that will captivate you just like Silas with his beauty. Note- The cover isn't mine, if you want me to take it down, please ask.

Chapter 6- The Choice

Silas stands up and walks onto the stage before the Heavenly Father even has a chance to say anything. The Heavenly Father just watches him and doesn't say anything.

But all the other angel grew angry at the disrespect Silas is showing to their favorite being. Some of them even start bring up rumor's of Silas to help all the other angels know who he is.

Even though Silas is the best looking angel there by far, not even a single female angel is looking at him with any kind of positive emotions especially Solis. Who is staring him down wishes he would just ignite into flames.

Once Silas steps in front of the Heavenly Father they start to talk with a more serious voice by far. "Silas when you were young your path has been laid out for you. And it seems you have taken it for granted. So I will give you a single test to prove you are ready to be a leader."

Silas nods his head half listening.

The Heavenly Father notices that Silas doesn't seem to care to listen, so they stop explaining and start the test immediately. They clap their hands and everyone gets transported to a cathedral and Silas is standing in the middle of a great white space by himself. And all the other angel are watching behind a screen.

Then a voice that seems to come from everywhere starts talking. "SILAS THIS IS YOUR TEST."

Silas now seemingly interested starts giving his attention to the voice. He looks around and sees nothing but white. He laughs a little at the absurdity of the situation. Silas knows without a doubt he can easily past any test the Heavenly Father puts in front him.

It stays white until one corner of the space clears and Silas finds Talus and Farah tied up with chains binding them. Silas looks at them with a look of shock in his eyes.

Then that shock in his golden eyes turns into understanding then amusement.

The Heavenly Father starts to speak from everywhere. "As I've said before this test is simple just all you have to do it admit that you aren't special. If you don't your parents will lose their lives and you will be banished from this realm."

Silas looks at his parents and went into deep thought. If being saw his thoughts they would try their best to make him shut up.

Silas finally stops his thinking, finally making a choice. "Oh! My gracious God, you test me! This perfect little lamb bows to you and your magnificence."

Everyone stood stunned. They all could feel the huge amount of sarcasm and condescension coming from every word that was spoken. Even God seemed shocked, they could feel his emotions as clear as day.

Talus and Farah were the first ones to come to. Talus immediately started to berate Silas for his words. "SILAS!! What do you think you're doing! Bow your fucking head right now."

Silas now done with his little performance looks at his father with distain. "What about you father? Don't you see all the chains holding you down? Look at mother shackled to the floor, you don't see anything wrong about this?"

Talus lost a bit of his anger after looking at Farah. But after looking into her eyes for a few moments he remembers why he's doing this. "We made this choice Silas… Now it's your turn to make a choice."

Silas keeps looking at his parents and laughs like a maniac, like he just heard the funniest joke in his life. "My choice? MY CHOICE! I already made my choice! I want to be free, not a servant to anyone or anything. Because that is my pride."

Farah looks at her son with such differing emotions ranging from anger to sadness. She wants nothing more than to have her sweet little boy back. "Heavenly Father… He has failed this test. Even with us, his own parents on the line he refused to change."

The white space stayed silent.

Then God spoke. "SILAS FOR FAILING THIS TEST THE PUNISHMENT WILL BE BROUGHT TO FULL."

All the light in the room converged behind Talus and Farah and God appeared.

Talus and Farah turned around and looked at God. They both took a quick look behind them to look at Silas and they each gave him a sad smile. Then they turned to each other. "Farah my love, everyday was worth living because I met you."

"Talus my love, I'm so glad we were able to spend so many days together. And I will love you from now and to forever." God removed the chains and let them kiss and hold each other.

"Thank you for your service, please know that this is the right path for Silas."

They both look at God with such reverence and bow their heads. "AMEN!" They both said together while holding hands.

Then swoosh… they both just disappeared. All that left are two orbs with the symbols of two of the Virtues.

Silas watched all of it from beginning to end with out blinking. The look in his eyes is so unsettling that even God was felt uncomfortable looking at him. "I'm not sorry Silas please know that this is what's best for you."

Silas looks right at the white mass of God. "Know this, I won't forget this. Ever."

God gave Silas a warm smile. "I will wait for you to come back to me, my little lamb."

Silas sneered at him and stuck up the middle finger. He then unfurled his wings to their full span 6 meters in total. "Go die."

"You know that I won't." God then swished his hand and a ring of flames appear around Silas. Making Silas look a lot more evil.

"For the sin of Pride you are banished to hell. Goodbye."

As Silas descends to hell he burns the image of the Heavenly Father soul in his mind.

He quickly looks over to his two old best friends Amare and Regis and gives them a warm smile. "I'll see you guys later."

I switched to God, because for Silas it’s more disrespectful to call him that. It’s like calling your dad by there first name.
