Seeing the new Iguana on his storage he open the description on the item.

Hoseki read the description many times and finds out that nothing is different from E tier Iguana except the tier it self

"Damm it. Why increase the tier if you have no improvement." Hoseki frown upon the useless tier.

Gin's Sword manual

Looking at impress at the title of Gin. Even though he doesn't know who Gin is, the title White Yaksha should hold the strength of its owner.

Looking back to other older item he remembered the seed of steel he got from the blacksmiths. To think he got 3 fragments in one go is really his luck.

The seed rarely appear as he keep sign in. "To think I got 5 of them at the from 3 blacksmith workshop , I should visit all workshop in the village. Maybe I can complete my first seed."

Popping a training pills, Hoseki opens the Gin's sword manual and study the stance and sword moves in the manual. Half hour after that he start to practice the first move that he learn from the manual. If the anyone pass by Hoseki backyard, he can see Hoseki in sweat training nonstop the whole evening.

As the practice the sword techniques, Hoseki finds that the samurai and ninja swordsmanship is quite different. He feels that the samurai put more strength on power and control. In term of stability, they have more stable footsteps compare to ninja. A ninja on other side, focus more on mobility and execution. The ninja swordsmanship have more maneuver as they are more nimble compare to samurai style.

As he keep practicing he found that the combination of two swordsmanship, gives him more option to attack or defend. He believes if he able to integrate them into one, he will have a new style that belongs to him.

As his uncle, Sakumo once say to him, "Learning kenjutsu is like crafting a sword from iron block. You can follow the blueprints whether you want to make a two hand sword or one hand sword or short sword or any other kinds of sword that already exists. Or, you could study them to create your own original masterpiece.

The days go as Hoseki and Guy training with Sakumo. On the second day, Guy was punish as the extra weight was prove to be a hindered to him. His body cannot adapt to the weight and cost him his strength as the training start. He was send flying by Sakumo when he realized there are more weight on his body. "Listen carefully Guy. No matter how hard you trains your body, it still need to rest to absorb and produce strength. It is ok to push yourself to your limits. But the moment you decide add burden beyond your limits you need to do it carefully. Unless you do it right, you only destroying your body." reprimand Sakumo on impatience Guy.

The days continues as they train and spar non stop from morning to evening everyday. As a fair sparing session, Kakashi and Hoseki are forbade to use blades as Guy won't use it. The training goes as Sakumo give pointers after their fights. At the end of the week the results came out as Hoseki won 3 and lose 4, Kakashi won 4 lose 3, and Guy lose all seven fights. Even though Guy lose all seven fight, Sakumo does not give all 14 kg steels right away as Guy just new into this. Instead he schedule the weight to be given by Kakashi through out the months. Just like before, as soon as they add the weight, it should not taken out unless they graduate.

As a last assessment Kakashi and Hoseki are ordered to fight using kenjutsu. After showing new improvement, Hoseki win the fight.

"Hoseki, there is something new with the kenjutsu you show me today and it is quite different from last week?" Sakumo decides to ask seeing the new move of Hoseki.

"Yeah, some inspiration from a samurai in the past. I decide to combine some with my kenjutsu."

"Samurai? But you are training with me the whole week? When did you have time to find one? " Sakumo is having a doubt when he heard about samurai.

"Ah I saw one in the past, I just inspired when I training last few night ago." Hoseki lied as he can't suddenly take out the manual did he?

"Hoseki, learning a kind swordsmanship must go through their basic. If you want to learn about samurai techniques, I can recommend someone for you. I will write to him later so you can meet and learn from him." Sakumo is giving his thoughts on the idea.

While Hoseki is inclined to reject the idea as he already has the manual, he still agree with Sakimo's suggestion. On the second thought, he is thinking that seeing the actual move might be beneficial to him. As the techniques might be difference, Hoseki believes that the foundations of the swordsmanship themselves should be the same. Furthermore seeing with his eyes is better then only imagine the moves himself.

When Sakumo ends the training, Hoseki return home and continues his day as usual. After losing four times that week, his extra weight had increased by 8. Sakumo has give a week for Hoseki to adapt with 4kg that he increased and will be add 4kg more on the next week.

His day continues as he keeps his daily training. As promised by Sakumo, Hoseki is send to study with a samurai every evening for a week. The week gone as he really appreciate the techniques of samurai himself. As the samurai using 2 handed techniques, it doesn't stop him to learn as he had guessed, the foundation of swordsmanship it self is still same. A week might be short but Hoseki had benefited tremendously in those learning period. His doubts, things that he doesn't understand and misunderstanding about samurai swordsmanship had more or less been resolved. He even have more idea on his own kenjutsu. With that his training to build his own kenjutsu continues.
