Long journey.

Her eyes sparkled and she couldn't help but jump at him, cuddling to his chest and pinching his cheeks.

"You are so handsome! So fucking good-looking!" She laughed, enjoying his strong embrace and the heat his body gave off. His hands traced her back up and down as he gently touched her.

"Did you miss me too?" His fingers combed through her hair before he started to form it into a single, loose braid to keep his hands busy.

"Like crazy!" Anna openly admitted, with a bright smile. He chuckled and pulled her closer, holding her on top of his body, while tickling her face with the end of her braid.

With curiosity written all over his face, his thumb got in between her teeth suddenly, feeling the edge of her canine. But she pushed his finger out with her tongue and kissed it, still laughing.

"Your teeth are so dull and so are your nails, yet you scratched me like a wild animal last night. I enjoyed it."

"I know, I can tell you enjoyed it. I was all sticky when I woke up," Anna frowned, but she didn't seem to be serious. Her lips twitched until it formed into a noticeable smirk, before she relaxed and leaned closer to leave another kiss on his skin.

"I liked the way it glistened on your breasts."

"You said that at least twice yesterday," Anna murmured with bright red face hidden in his chest.

He loved teasing her. Their mutual enjoyment and comfort in each other's presence was palpable, when they got quiet, simply hugging each other.

She closed her eyes, enjoying the moment and the feeling of being truly seen and understood. She was so grateful for his presence in her life, even when she couldn't be with him as long as she would like.

"It's almost time, Bugak," Anna lifted her eyes to meet his "W - O - R - K," she hinted silently.

It saddened him. So soon? But he tried to be reasonable.

"We should move to a different location. I will carry you; just let me pick it all up and go to sleep," with a sigh, Bugak helped her sit by his side, making sure she found her balance before he reached for his shoulder plate.

Anna watched him in awe, how swiftly he was able to lock in all those belts. It felt weird. By the first look at him, she would swear he was slow and ponderous but his agility surprised her every single time.

With a kind gesture, he extended his hand and gently lifted her body from the ground before she even realized he was finished, with a backpack stuffed with her flowers and the axe buckled to his side.

He was sure their journey would be safe, there were much less players around.

"Closer, I need to hold you tightly." he chuckled, when he noticed her blushed cheeks.

"Thank you. Are you sure it will be okay? I should be back in about 14 hours. I want to craft a wattle carrier, hopefully we can find a willow by the lake."

"Sure," He gave her a nod and pulled her closer as he set off toward the narrow path she just pointed at. Her goals made him a bit confused. Isn't she going to use him for her revenge? He would kill anyone she pointed her finger at, as she did with that dude they met in the inn. yet she seemed reserved to use him for this purpose again.

"See you later, Bugak," A soft smile popped up on her lips and she logged off after leaning closer to his wide neck.

Tired. So tired.

Her body twitched a bit as Anna woke up, completely drained of any energy.

It was a miracle she arrived in one piece. Her lungs burned thanks to the worsened weather, after she ran all the way from the bus stop.
