Months passed, and the treatments began to show signs of progress. The tumor had shrunk, and Claire's health slowly started to improve. The doctors were cautiously optimistic, and Claire and Julien allowed themselves a glimmer of hope.

One sunny afternoon, Julien took Claire to their favorite park. They sat on a bench, watching children play and couples stroll hand in hand. "I missed this," Claire said, her voice still weak but filled with determination. "I missed feeling the sun on my face."

Julien smiled, his heart swelling with love and admiration. "You're incredible, Claire. I'm so proud of you."

Claire leaned her head on his shoulder. "Thank you, Julien. I couldn't have done this without you."
