Kurai Tachi is a normal student who just wants to study and do well. Lin Hayashi is his childhood friend and roommate who seems determined to spend the rest of her life playing games. When Lin purchases headgear for a chance to enter the beta of the newest VR game 'Seradeihn', Kurai suddenly finds himself trapped in the game in an Avatar that he doesn't know how to use instead, but not for long. Soon he finds that the game itself may hold a link to memories he'd long ago thought lost and the picture they paint proves to be a lot more sinister as they expose a plot that would shock the world as well as the other dimensions that soon become involved.

The prince didn't stay for very long and although Leo had asked him to not reveal the fact that they were cousins to anyone, Kurai would still be able to talk to Zane about it.

Which he did the moment the prince left.

They saw the carriage off and the moment it turned the corner, Kurai grabbed his uncle's wrist and dragged him back to the meeting room.

The others clearly wanted to follow, being very curious as to what the prince wanted, but the expression on his face must have hinted that it wouldn't be a good idea so everyone quickly made themselves scarce.

Zane, for his part, seemed to think it quite funny at first, but then he noticed the tenseness in Kurai's shoulders and he followed along without trying to make a joke or two as he suddenly sensed the irritation that rolled off Kurai in waves.
