Scorpion himself was already lying lifeless on the ground. Nobody else could save the young mistress" Phil said with a sigh. How could he tell his former master that they had lost the fight woefully and had pledged their allegiance to a superior master? If he did, how would he explain his presence at the mansion now? How was he to explain the things which had happened and how he got a change of name? He had to go thread with caution. His former master was someone who is very sly and cunning, he had to be cautious about his movement.

"You did a good job by bringing my daughter back to me. I would give you a reward. If your mistress could be hit by them, then scorpion wouldn't be able to fight them off as well" he said technically

"The young mistress is special. Thank you for the intended reward. But it is my duty to save the young mistress, I don't deserve any rewards" Phil said in pretence, his mouth couldn't help but twitch.

"Ha Ha Ha, there's no need to be so humble, you've saved this man's beloved daughter and I wouldn't want to owe you anything at all. I would give you a reward" he said looking towards the door "Is anyone there?" He asked

The man's most trusted ally came in immediately "Yes master, I am here" he said

"This young man had saved my daughter's life, give him a jar filled with Gold" he ordered

"Yes master"

"This is too much of a reward, I really don't deserve it. It was our fault for not protecting the mistress. I don't deserve this rewards" Phil said sounding serious

"You do, her life is very important to me. I can't give you a life for a life so that would be better"

"Thanks you, the young mistress is lucky to have you as her father. You are wonderful" Phil felt disgusted with his words, this was more log ass kissing. He felt disgusted with his actions, he couldn't take it anymore. He had to stay away from them to avoid more ass kissing in the future. After he got the jar filled with gold, he went back to his home.

"Master, what do you think about what Skull had just said? Don't you think his actions seem very suspicious?" His most trusted ally asked after Phil had left

(Sigh) "I do find him very suspicious, but the fact still remains that he had saved my daughter. If not she would have been dead" Looking at him seriously " I have what he cares about the most, so he would have to think twice before betraying me. I don't think he would be that stupid. Keep an eye on him, if he does anything than expected, you know what to do" 

"Yes master" he said and left the room.
