The director, catching sight of Mr. Trent's evident displeasure when he came out, immediately turned to look at Suzanne Trent. He thought Mr. Trent might be upset because she didn't greet him and left abruptly. So, he quickly called out to stop her.

Mr. Trent and Suzanne might have been of the same family five hundred years ago," the director jokingly introduced. "Mr. Trent, this is Suzanne Trent, our lead actress. She's young, with no eye for recognizing important figures, so she didn't know to come over and greet you right away. Please be understanding!"
