Prologue

It was all started in the year of 1023, when the stubborn and arrogant vampire wants to be a human. Exactly, what he wants, it was like an atomic bomb when all of his vampire mates hear his wish of becoming one. Little did this vampire know, the humans… it was the most sacred and precious things for vampire, that even the royal blood wants to get this. The human blood, yet this one wants to be like them.

Gavin Vicencio Del Prado. His last name was just like curse for him, and didn't even acknowledge being one, because he feels like there's no fvcking freedom, if he accept it. To be free, act wild, and making troubles is always what he wanted, but not on the watch of his father.

"Dad, I want to be like them?" he always complaining about himself, being born with regal blood.

"Vicencio, your life…this is life that everyone wish for." His father always scolding him of being a stubborn yet so arrogant, prince. Living in the huge castle, with maids and servants, but still complaining about his life. Making scenes was like his daily routines.

"You always making trouble, Vicencio." His father close his eyes hardly, stopping himself to pushing his emotions into his limits. Making scenes in front of anyone, is a big NO for him. He can't let this thing happen.

Did his son, forgot that they're in front of a feast, celebrating his coronations, becoming the crown prince of this kingdom, meaning he's the only one capable and eligible for taking his father position, the King. He was the only son after all, aside from the son of his father brother's.

"You making a scene Vicencio, we will talk about this, once this celebration done. Now, go back to your seat, and apologize." He nod, but his gestures and emotions says otherwise. He close his fist, containing his anger. Why I need to do this? Drinking blood in humans was his dream before, having a festival of drinking human blood festival was one of his dream. But when I met this girl named, Celestina Madrigal, his perspective changed.

He stopped drinking human blood, and he goes a lot of process, before his body only accept the blood of animals, he became pale, and even if he needs human blood to bring back his strength, he hardly declined. He make an ought to his mate, not to drink any kind of human blood, except if he really needs one.

"What the hell is your problem, Gavin? What are you thinking? Why the hell do you want to become a human?" I can't answer his questions, because I know that it will just cause chaos.

I don't think what happen to myself if I can save her, right now. I need to protect her identity no matter what circumstances happen. Aside from my family, she was the most precious thing I had right now, I can let anything bad happen to her. She was my life. I return the same intensity of his gaze towards mine, he was very surprise because maybe he really doesn't expecting this thing from me.

He was my father, but if he touches my priority then it was a different story to be tackle. His father smirk, he really doesn't expect this. His son was really grown up now, he was very proud he can't show this kind of emotion to his son. Vicente Helios Del Prado, was known for being strong and has a tough figure of his kingdom. But, this kind of decision from his son was really suspicious. He can't let this thing happen, he was the only crown prince that suit the title, not his cousins.

The King was very kind to his people, but he never let his guard down, only to his wife Valeriana Del Prado. There's a trauma behind his tough personalities, and that is his past trauma for trusting humans. And that is the reason why he can't accept the fact that his son, wants to become a human.

"Gavin!"

"Vicencio!"

"Gavin!" it was his father and Celestina's voice echoed from nowhere. It was the year 1024, when I fully decided to make changes, to fulfill my wish to become human. I starve myself, let my body buried to the deepest abys.

This was the instruction he said. For I be reborn, to become human. I need to bury myself, to the deepest abys, after 1000 years ago.

For the record, I failed to become human. I failed to protect her also I'm too late to know what really happening? Humans, find out that they're really living like as creature, that are identity fully revealed. That once upon a blue moon, humans finally find out that vampire really exist.

"Is this the manuscript, you will pass?" my editor asked me again, for how many times. I rolled my eyes in dismay. She told me to revise the story, I did. She told me to change the title, I changed. She even told me to find a professional book cover designer, to change the book cover of my book yet this old woman doesn't really contented.

What the hell is her problem, really? I'm tired, making a lot of revision, this isn't the only works I need to finish. I have a lot pending works also. This isn't the only one.

"Is there any problem again?" luckily I attending regular yoga exercise back then, being calm is a mass, especially when you encountering a situation like this. I'm new in this Publishing Company more like five months, but this woman in front of me now, I heard there's a lot achievement she already got at the age of 17. She already published 3 works, and become top selling book less than a month, after the book release. And now, she's my senior

I need to respect her, and I need to follow all of her instruction, to make my works more catchy and nice. I just need to calm down. I maybe tired, but I need to publish this work. I feel like, if this book release, there's someone reach this, and find me. Did I make any delulu again?

Or maybe that thing, really happen?

"Celestine Madrigal, that is your name and your pen name also?" she asked again, questioning my name and my pen name this time. She tapping her checks using the tip of her pen, like thinking what changes she will suggesting again. I just need to nod right? So, I did.

"Hmm? What if you change it, and make it C.M?" she suggest, more like commanding.

"What do you think? Do you like that?" I feel my tongue got cut, or am I really hearing things right now? Did I just hear it right? For fvcking months of working with her, this the first time she ask me about my opinion. She even ask me, if I like that.

And without thinking twice, I nod as my answer. I was hoping that she will be finally accept the book, but nope. I need to do more revision, the plot of the story, doesn't suit the taste of the readers she said.

More like, I need to find more inspiration to make the other scene more realistic and not just a future fiction, if I want to catch the taste of the readers, I need to work hard finding the missing piece of this story, entitled See you in the next blue moon.
