18. What Happened With Her?

Two days had been passed silently Seokjin rarely came out of the room as he was still ashamed of his parents while Namjoon and Taehyung had given their resignation letter to Mr. Kim and now Namjoon was trying to find a job.

The blank calls had now stopped neither Dong Hyun had tried to say anything while after being stuck for two days at home Jungkook was now standing in front of their apartment as he was supposed to tell them about Sunmi. He rang the bell and after a few seconds of waiting Taehyung opened the door.

Jungkook observed the sadness on his face, "What with your face why you looked down?" He asked took out his shoes he approached the comfy couch placed in the living room.

"Wanna drink something," Taehyung asked instead of giving him a satisfying answer.

Jungkook was now certain that something have happened as now his attention was shifted to Namjoon who was sitting in front of him with his head down holding a newspaper in his hand.

"Hyung did something happened and where are others?" He now asked from Namjoon as Taehyung was in the kitchen to grab something to drink.

"Jimin is taking the shower and Jin Oppa is in his room," Chaerin replied making herself sit on the couch beside Namjoon she then explained everything to Jungkook. His big round was widely opened after hearing about what Mr. Kim had done with Jimin. He rashly got up and headed to the kitchen, Taehyung was standing in front of the opened fridge seemed lost in his thought. Jungkook grasped his hand pulled him into his room.

Tears started to seep from his eyes his lips trembled the only thing he was wishing was to embrace Jungkook and busted out in a cry. Jungkook could observe what Taehyung was wishing for. The pain and anger were visible on his face Jungkook stepped closer to him caressed his cheeks wiped his tears, "You know I can't see your tears," Jungkook said but received a deep silence in return. Jungkook's heart ached so much he embraced Taehyung with both hands Taehyung was trying to hold back his tears but Jungkook could feel the warmth of his tears on his shoulder.

"It's not your fault at all so stop resenting yourself," Jungkook said ruffled his hairs. Taehyung continued to hug him for the next few seconds. Jungkook detached himself he then took him to the balcony gazing at the stars he looked at Taehyung with eyes full of love and passion.

Taehyung's eyes were twinkling like the stars in the night sky the corner of his lips moved in a beaming smile when he looked at Jungkook's passionate glance at him. His big round eyes were exposing his craving for Taehyung's prominent lips. Taehyung gulped as Jungkook came enough closer to him that Taehyung could feel his warm breath on his face. Taehyung gasped for a long breath as Jungkook cupped his face closing his eyes he put his lips on Taehyung's and then all the pain and anger Taehyung was feeling suddenly disappeared. His heart pounded faster and he felt arousal.

"I think we should go outside everyone is waiting for you," Taehyung said after detaching himself.

"Yes, Of course Let's go," Jungkook replied. Taehyung then came outside of his room as well as Jungkook.

"Oh Jungkook-ah finally you showed up do you even know how desperate I am to know about Sunmi," ruffling his hair from the towel Jimin said made himself sit beside Taehyung.

"Y'all be shocked once you hear her story truly speak I felt bad for her," Jungkook said.

Seokjin came out of his room as well joined them in the living room, "I thought I should be there as well," He shortly replied the sorrow was still visible on his face, He was feeling guilty regarding the wrongdoing of his parents but Jimin who was thinking to cut his wrist until yesterday was now pretending as nothing happened to decrease the tension but his attempt was merely getting failed as Taehyung and Namjoon weren't different from Seokjin.

Everyone was now glaring at Jungkook hoping that he would be able to solve the mystery of Sunmi's untimely death. "Two years ago Sunmi was disappeared according to her family she had run away with her boyfriend but police couldn't find her traces neither they could find her body, Her biological mother committed suicide so nobody knows what exactly happened with her. Police were assuming that her family killed her and buried her body somewhere but the case was closed as there wasn't any proof of death " Jungkook told them about Sunmi and the next few seconds were filled with deep silence.

"We have to find out what happened with her and where is her dead body cause that's the only way of getting rid of Dong Hyun," Namjoon said.

"But where we will find her body there is no way to solve this mystery," Jimin said hopelessly they all were still trying to figure out the situation when someone rang their bell Chaerin opened the door saw Hoseok standing with a sunshine smile along with a strange guy holding a bag in his hand.

"Oh, Oppa please come in," Chaerin greeted Gave a bow to the stranger.

Hoseok entered the room as well as the stranger, "Oh, Hobi he must be your friend whom you were talking about," Namjoon said giving him a light smile. "Please have seat," Namjoon gestured a hand towards the empty place beside Seokjin while the stranger received a glance from everyone. Taehyung and Jimin smiled at him while Jungkook was critically looking at him observing him from head to toe and in the meantime, Seokjin was giving him more space to make him feel comfortable. The stranger made himself sit on the couch Put his bag near his feet and clear his throat. "Let me introduce you myself, Min Yoongi I might not look like a person who could be helpful but I'm a paranormalist," He said with a straight face shifted his attention on Jungkook.

Jungkook scoffed. "Let's see how much you would be helpful for us," He replied.

"Yah, Hobi hyung make yourself sit here," Jimin said getting up from the couch as he saw there wasn't any space had remained for Hoseok. He grabbed the chair from the dining table and made himself sit on it while Hoseok was now sitting beside Taehyung.

After having a formal introduction Namjoon came to the point. while Chaerin brought the coffee for everyone.

"Hobi must've told you about Jimin and his nightmares," Namjoon started the conversation.

"Yes, But I'd like to discuss the matter with him in detail if he's comfortable," Yoongi said looking at Jimin with questionable eyes.

"Okay then let's start you can ask me whatever you want," Jimin replied releasing a long breath as he felt the pressure.

"Are you sure?" Taehyung showed his concern for him.

Jimin nodded, "I want to end this all for good," he replied.

"Then tell me since when exactly your nightmares had started again, I mean after the treatment and I want every single detail. Yoongi asked. He took out a notepad and a pen from his bag and waited to get a reply from Jimin.

"Almost six months ago," Jimin told after mulling over the memories for the next few seconds he started to speak again, "One night I was returning from work I was tired so I had fallen asleep on the way that was the first time when I had a dream about her," Jimin said he then looked up at Yoongi's face who was busy in writing something in his note pad.

"And what do you see in your dreams," Yoongi asked taking the few sips from his cup.

"I usually see an injured girl in the basement I later found out that she was Sunmi my childhood best friend, she started to hurt me she blackmailed me if I wouldn't help her so she will kill my friends so we've decided to search about her. And we just can to know that she was killed by her family" Jimin explained all the situation. He then took a deep breath waiting for Yoongi to speak.

"I need to visit your nightmares and for that, I need you to sleep," Yoongi said he had a serious look on his face.

"No, it could be dangerous Jimin had already got injured twice what if she hurt him again." Taehyung interrupted.

"Yes, I think Tae is right it would be risky," Seokjin who was silently sitting finally took a part in the conversation.

"She hurt him cause she wanted to prove her present, She asked him for help cause as like her Jimin is a witness of Dong Hyun, and if she wouldn't hurt him so he might be stuck in the mental hospital," Yoongi replied and everyone was looking convinced with him. "And attacking your parents in the hospital was her way to save Jimin," He resumed.

"How, do you about this?" Chaerin asked in bewilderment.

"Because she's standing right in front of me, She told me her reason why she did whatever she had done so far," Yoongi said.

Jimin looked behind his back Sunmi was standing near the dining table holding the dolls in her hand.

"The dolls she had given to you were the source of the link between you and Sunmi and I'm sure his nightmares have a secret which Sunmi wants to tell," Yoongi said and everyone was glaring at him surprisingly.

"You can't be just a paranormalist, Who are you?" Namjoon asked.

"My grandfather was a priest I mostly spend my life with him.," Yoongi replied. "Anyway I think we should start work now, He said getting up from the couch.
