He Closed His Eyes-4

"Eyes are but a restriction placed on the mortal kind"

It was this simple and seemingly senseless quote, which was included in the description of [Perception], that drove his mind wild and made him take this seemingly impossible and suicidal gamble.

There was a lot going through his mind, trying to understand what it meant.

One could call it a simple gut feeling, but for some reason, he felt that if he could understand the meaning of these words, he would gain access to something truly special.

Initially, when he first read these words, he simply dismissed them as the ramblings of some senile old man.

But the more he thought about it, the more wrong his assessment felt.

Would the tower really immortalise the ramblings of some long-past, senile old man?

He didn't know who this man was, but his identity was probably more special than he gave it credit for ,enough for the tower to immortalise it.
